Jeg havde bestilt en henholdsvis stor pakke, og modtog den i løbet af 6-14 dage.
Det gik som smurt! Man kunne tilmelde sig (man får en besked over mobilen) om man ville følge sin pakke, hvor den var henne.
Jeg blev naturligvis også nød til at returnere noget.. og eftersom min pakke var stor, så skulle jeg betale ca. 80 kr. Man skal altså hver gang BETALE for at returnere noget!
Pengene er kommet ind efter ca. 7 dage (modtager også en mail)

Worst online shopping experience ever!!!! :(:(:(

Ordered some cloting from Mango online shop on January 1st. Today is February 26th and still my shipment hasn't arrived. Every time you call them they have the same answer, ''we will contact you tomorrow''!! Tomorrow comes and goes and nothing has happened from their side! Still without my money and no clothing!! And the phone calls are for my account as well!! Never Again! :(

Worst online experience I've ever had, never again.

I bought two items online which arrived quickly enough, but I needed to return both items one for a refund and one for a resize. I only then found out you have to pay for returns, which is new to me - every other online retailer I've shopped at gives free returns.

Customer service didn't respond to my email until I chased, and then sent a standard response TWICE. When I asked how I could complain I didn't get a response. Again, twice. When they did respond they said send it to them. Like I have confidence in that.

I sent the items back and had absolutely no response a week later despite paying extra for next day delivery.

At the moment I have no items and am £100+ out of pocket, with no clue whether anybody even cares at Mango.

This is the first and last time I shop with H.E. By Mango online. They have got to be the worst online customer service out there.

Bad customer service

They sent me the wrong item because they didn't have what I ordered in stock!

Good enough

Even during the sale, I received my bag within 10 days and the quality is as good as advertised. It's so much better than the other online sites you often come up in France.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I must say shopping on the Mango.com website was the worst experience I have had online in ages. I made numerous attempts to buy a jacket from their site. After being assure each time the jacket would arrive on time, it never did. 2 orders had to be cancelled because of incompetence and 1 was delivered after I was told it was cancelled because it was going to arrive after I left the city. Then one final attempt to have it ordered and delivered failed when it left the warehouse late and the expedited shipping I paid (1-3 day delivery) turned out to take ten days!!! Each time the customer service has given me wrong information or have straight out lied. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD.

Mango Emporia - The most awfull service I've ever experienced in my entire life!

So three months ago I bought a jumpsuit from Mango Emporia. After two weeks the stitching tore in two places, and I went back to Mango Emporia to:

1) get my money back or
2) get a new jumpsuit.

Contrary to my expection and my wildest fantasy, the shop assistant told me that it was my own fault, that the jumpsuit was toren up. I couldn't believe my own ears. Not only did she accuse me of lying, but it is also against the law.

In the EU we have a joint consumer law. In Denmark we have a principle we call "Formodningsregel", which basically says that the company has the burden of proof in the first six months. So when she said that it was my own fault, she actually had to prove it!

So I went back home to write the headquarter an email, and three months ago I got a standard mail, saying they would contact me immediately. Now three months later I haven't heard anything.

So dear Mango (Emporia), if you read this, I would like to tell you that it's against the regulations of warranty not to give a new jumpsuit or my money back!

And yes I am going to contact the consumer ombudsman of the EU, if you don't answer me soon!

Me gusta esta marca, es de calidad y tiene buenos precios

Antes prefería siempre ir a comprar a las tiendas físicas de Mango, pero desde hace un tiempo a esta parte, mis amigas y yo quedamos en casa de alguna y, entre otras cosas, lo utilizamos como excusa para navegar por la web de Mango y comprarnos algún capricho. Luego de hechas las compras, a veces decidimos retirarlas en la tienda física, porque es gratuito y solo tienes que pagar lo adquirido. Aunque algunas veces estamos con pocas ganas de movernos demasiado y elegimos el envío a casa. Además, la tienda online de Mango tiene envío gratuito con solo que te gastes 30€ en la compra. Algo más que asequible, a la par que probable, porque una vez empiezas a mirar las cosas tan guapas que tienen es realmente difícil no hacer una pequeña compra de más de 30 euros. Una de las cosas más atractivas de la compra online es que puedes acceder cómodamente a un montón de información sobre las prendas que más te interesan. No solo en lo relativo a colores y precios, sino también a los materiales con los que se han confeccionado y a las formas en las que las puedes tratar. Claro que toda esa info también la puedes encontrar en la misma etiqueta de las prendas, cuando vas a la tienda física, pero te aseguro que es un rato más cómodo consultarla online y no tener que estar, una por una, mirando etiquetas y, en muchos casos que son súper pequeñas, adivinando qué dicen. Mis amigas y yo somos VIP Shoppers en Mango y andamos como locas con la nueva promoción que tienen y con la que puedes ganar cheques regalo de hasta 1.200 euros. En noviembre vamos a tirar la casa por la ventana para entrar en el sorteo. Si hay suerte, el próximo año nos vestimos gratis.

Mango Online - einmal und nie wieder!

Nachdem ich im Mango Sale online bestellt habe und die Kleidung nicht gepasst hat, entschied ich mich diese zu zurückzuschicken.

1. Der Rückversand ist selbst zu tragen, oder man gibt das Paket in einer Mango Filiale ab.
Nachdem ich dann 10 min an der Kasse stand, wurde mir gesagt, dass die Filiale keine Männerkollektion hat und ich in die 80!!! km weit entfernte Filiale nach München müsse.

Habe dann 7 € gezahlt und das Paket per Post zurückgeschickt.
Auf das Geld warte ich noch, mal sehen wie lang es dauert.

Online Shopping mit komplizierter und kostenspieliger Retoure: Mango! Nie wieder!

The worst customer service ever

I will never buy a product at Mango online again. I bought a pair of sunglasses and when I received them they were already broken. I tried contacting Mango which was impossible. I asked for a new pair of sunglasses through email and it took them forever to send me a pre made standard response. They wouldn't send me new ones even though they send me a pair of broken ones. So after numerous emails and no response I did as they said and followed their policy. I had to send them back plus with the receipt of the postage, that I had to pay, for giving me a full refund. Now I just checked my account and they haven't paid me for the postage for sending them back. I have no more patience with this ridiculously stupid customer service. So even though I tried contacting them again I doubt anything will happen. This just cost me money for shopping at mango.com. Even though it's just for the postage I feel pretty stupid because I lost money and all I got, was the work for sending back their broken product. And by the way I'm not sure Mango knows the definition of online chat which they offer on the webpage. It takes more than 2 weeks to reply IF they reply.

Ingen kontakt.

Jeg har flere gange købt tøj fra Mango og elsker det! Det lever op til prisen i kvalitet.
Dog er leveringen langsom og ved mit sidste køb manglede der varer, selvom alle pengene var blevet trukket fra min konto.
Jeg prøvede adskillige gange at få fat i Mango, men dette var fuldkommen umuligt. Derfor kan jeg ikke anbefale siden, når de har SÅ dårlig kundeservice.

Terrible

Worst customer service I have ever encountered online... Long delay despatching and no communication whatsoever. No response to numerous emails I have sent requesting information on order status. Order has still not arrived. Would not ever use them again.

Worst Customer Service Ever and no Delivery

Have placed my order three (!!!!) weeks ago and up until now it still has not even been despatched yet. I have sent four emails since, to which no one has bothered replying. Thought that calling them might make a difference but after being on hold for 20(!!!!) minutes, I got fobbed off by a very lethargic, unhelpful and unaccountable cs advisor saying that she does not know what the problem is, is not able to investigate and can’t help at all only stating that it will be despatched shortly. To me shortly means within the next 1-3 days - this phone call has been over a week ago. ONLY TODAY I got an email stating that one of the items is no longer in stock but nevertheless the order has STILL NOT been despatched! Tremendously disappointing, the customer service helpline might not exist at all as it’s not worth bothering to call and waste your time and extra money, you’ll get more information out of a hedge hock….

SITE SERIEUX ET HONNETE

Je commande assez souvent sur ce site, j'avoue qu'à une période les délais d'expédition étaient un peu longs mais les colis arrivaient quand même en très bon état et très bons produits et en cas de "stock indisponible" la carte n'est pas débitée!!!
Ils se sont améliorer pour les délais, je suis contente de leur avoir fait confiance, suite à mes déboires sur d'autres sites qui débitent de suite la carte bleue mais ne livrent pas :/
Je recommande bien sûr!

Zeer ontevreden over MANGO service

Na een pakket ontvangen en betaald te hebben, heb ik de helft van de artikelen retour verzonden aan Mango. Nu, 6(!) weken later, heb ik nog geen geld terug. Na heel vaak bellen, mailen, en chatten word ik meestal afgewimpeld door de klantenservice. Ze beloven contact met me op te nemen, maar ik hoor niets. Ik veronderstel dat het pakket kwijt is geraakt, en een bedrijf met een beetje service zou het aanvaarden en het bedrag terug storten.
Zeer ontevreden omdat ik blijf wachten.

J'ai effectué ma première commande sur le site de Mango récemment. Le site est facile d'utilisation et pratique pour passer une commande. La livraison a été rapide, je recommande donc ce site.
