I really would recommend shopwired to anyone. I was told by a friend to use them and have found them to be very helpful with all the questions that I have. The console is easy to use, and I have seen some really complicated ones in the past, and I am very pleased with the design they did for me. Well worth the money
I have a few different eCommerce websites that I use for different parts of my business. I currently use volusion for one of the sites and am not impressed with it so when I needed a new site I thought I would try big commerce instead, it seemed to be the better alternative. But then when searching online I found shopwired.co.uk
What I really liked was the way that they handled the design. The templates on volusion aren't great and look a bit dated, similarly with big commerce, and I didn't want to pay an "expert" thousands to do it for me, so I was really attracted to shop wired and I am glad that I was, the site looks great and I think Ill move my volusion site over too.
I was already using a shopping cart but it was a real nightmare to try and put any new items on my shop and I found there admin area to be hard to use and very slow, many things seemed a lot more complicated than they needed to be!
Then I was told about shop wired from a friend of mine who had just set one up and I spoke for about an hour to somebody on the phone there going through how everything worked. i wanted to be sure before i changed that i wasn't going to get something just as bad.
I decided to take the plunge and am so happy that I did. I love putting my products on and really do love everything about it. Everything is so easy use.
ShopWired provide excellent customer services and communicated with me well throughout setting up my store. I am also very pleased with how quick and easy it was to setup all the things I sell online. I had some questions during setup and messaged tech support and got a response back very quickly. Seems to be a great way to boost your business without having to pay a load of money, particularly in the current climate!
My new store went live last week and I couldn't be happier with the result.
My old website was about 3 1/2 years old and I decided it was time for a change. The old website cost £2,200.00 when I bought it and I expected I'd have to pay the same amount again for the update. A friend recommended one of these types of sites where you pay monthly and manage everything yourself and I thought that sounded like a good idea so I did some research and found shopify and big commerce. I also found shopwired through Google and what attracted me to them is that they do all the design work themselves (although I'm ok with computers I'm certainly not a techy (more a silver-surfer!) so I was nervous about getting and modifying templates.
My order with shopwired went without a hitch and they contacted me very quickly afterwards to find out what kind of design I wanted. I had to answer a lot of questions that they sent across and although it was time - consuming (perhaps this could have been a bit shorter) it did seem to have the effect of them getting my site how I wanted it to look.
The management system they have is easy to use, and similar to what I was used to with my old website although there were a lot of features to get used to. I'm afraid I did have to contact their support team a few times to find out how exactly to use things and they were very quick to respond.
One other thing I liked was how they wanted to help with marketing. My business is well established but we can all do with help, and they seemed to want to make sure that the website was a success for me. I suppose this is good business for them to make sure I keep the website and keep paying them!
So all in all I'm very pleased with the results and will definitely recommend them to my friends if I am asked.
I spent quite a few weeks looking at many different ecommerce website companies and reading many reviews about the different ones. I found shopwired on the offchance and liked how their website was presented and the fact that they do the design themselves. Shopwired seems to be a relatively newcomer to the scene so there weren't really any reviews I could find about them but I chatted to Steven who reassured me of the process.
When I ordered my site I found the login site to be really easy to use and I was able to start adding my products.
I had a draft design for my new site within a few days (although I had to fill out a lengthy 'design questionnaire' first) and I was really pleased with it.
I did have a few changes I wanted to make as I wasn't entirely sure that some of the things they'd done would fit with my existing customers, but these were done quickly and the whole thing was ready quicker than I expected.
Now everything is setup I'll look forward to seeing the results...
