Very helpfull
Called to find a replacement engine for my aqualisa shower, the guy I spoke to was very helpfull and in the end bought a new shower for the same price as a new engine, arrived next working day and was fitted by the afternoon, good impartial advice didn't try the hard sell would use again.

If your shower isn't working, watch the doctor on you tube & find what's wrong with the help of the tutorials. Ordering the part couldn't have been any easier just search your shower and a comprehensive numbered list & a diagram appears, reasonably priced & fast delivery. Excellent product, advice and service (poor delivery)
The help and advice diagnosing the problem with my Mira Sport Thermostatic was second to none. I successfully replaced the inlet valve assembly and couldn't have done it without the helpful advice of showerdoc.
Only niggle was the delivery. I paid for next day service and it took three days and several phone calls to parcel force to sort - before it miraculously appeared on my doorstep while I was out! Not strictly Shower docs fault but was annoying.

shower power knobs solved in 1/2 a hour
hi, thanks for the receipt of 2 newteam shower knobs,which you have supplied me, this is the 2nd lot i have ordered , and they are easy to fit, thank goodness they break as it saves you having to change the power switch assembly,
a bit of wd 40, and they turn very easily,, the ordering system is so easy to use, and they arrived very quickly, i will order more when these fail,

A great deal, in every sense
The cost of the required item (Briston Varispeed 50 ShowerPump, was considerably lower than that quoted by many other sources. Delivery was prompt, though very slightly delayed due to to the intervening Spring Bank Holiday. Item was well-packaged and its quick delivery enabled a defective shower to be made servicaeable again quickly.
I would not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend Shower Doctor to any of my friends and colleagues requiring such or similar parts/items in the future.
