This is the fourth time I've used National Shower Spares to replace parts in Aqualisa shower units in my house. Even though I didn't know the model number the first time, the website provides enough details (and pictures!) that it was a simple matter to locate the exact model and part required. Good supplier
I had ordered the spare part I wanted from another supplier but it failed to arrive. I got short shrift from that supplier when I rang to ask them to sort it out so I went to National Shower Spares instead. I paid for the next day delivery, ordering on Saturday before the cut off time. It arrived on Tuesday, which means it didn't quite achieve next day delivery by my understanding of the term, but I would still be waiting if I'd relied on their competitor. Part now fitted, shower working again, so I'm pleased!

First time I have used national shower spares. Simple and clear and very good value for money. The price I paid including the postage was actually cheaper then the price at my local suppliers and the delivery to my door was quicker than my local supplier could get the part to the shop for me to go back to pick up. Great communications when the item was out of stock but wasn't told which part was out of stock (it was only the screws) whereas the item (shower cartridges) could have been sent straight away.

Found a range of Mira shower parts with this company for future reference. Genuine Mira diagrams making it clear which item I needed. In this case just a slide bar support. I was happy that this was available and I didn't need to purchase the whole slide bar.
