Pretty good
Only problem I ordered lenses but then i couldn't fit them without a special tool so it took me ages but very pleased after I spent more to get them fitted nearly cost as much as a new pair all in all

Great user friendly website followed by excellent service!
I needed replacement lenses for my Bolle specs - we were off to France at the end of the week. My local optician quoted the national debt and an-age-and-a-half to wait!?! Went online and found Sight Direct - Divine Providence, or what, I'd never heard of them! Within 48hrs. I was wearing my specs again!! And the prices are more than reasonable as well!!?!! I'll be using them again and have absolutely no reservations in recommending Sight Direct to anyone!

i needed replacement lenses for my raybans and was told the only way to get them was on line. feeling slighty nervous, i called and ordered the lenses. the gentleman i spoke to was great, helped to reassure me that i'd be getting genuine rayban lenses and the correct ones. he said they should arrive satruday and they did. completely satisifed and will use again should i need any other repalcements items.

I got the right product first time.
I was very upset when my treasured ray ban sunglasses, which I had for years, started to fall apart. The frame and the lenses were fine, the only thing that had started to crumble was the rubber tips.
I searched e-bay and visited my local sunglass store (where I'd purchased the glasses from) as well as the ray ban website, none of which were able to help.
But I called Sight Direct, had one conversation and they were able to help me identify the exact model of my glasses and told me that they had the right spare part in-stock.
The item arrived in a few days and is a perfect fit, I'm so happy that a £10 fix will give me another few years out of my ray bans :-)

Expected 3-4 star but GOT 5 STAR! Tx
I had never purchased from Sight Direct before but needed replacement parts for my Ray Ban sunglasses. After a bit of searching I found Sight Direct. I expected the replacement pieces to be average to above average about 3-4 star quality. Instead I got 5 STAR quality with quick shipping. The replacement ends matched perfectly in both style and colour to what I was replacing.

Cheapest, fast delivery and exactly as described.
I have been looking to replace the lenses in my favourite sunnys for a few months. Found Sight Direct recently, the cheapest price for the Oakley Juliet lenses I wanted. Very good selection, but not the full range available. Extremely fast delivery, ordered late on a Monday night and they arrived in Wednesdays post. Well packaged, the lenses and accessories I ordered are exactly as described on the site. Will certainly recommend and use again in the future.

The best i've found!
Been looking around the high street to get replacement side slides for my raybans. No one seem to be able to help or if they could would only help if they could service my glasses to. Found Sight direct online and gave them a phone. Very helpful. placed my order at 4pm got them in the post 9 am next morning. They also explained how to fit them and how to identify the colour and make etc. Service really above and beyond. Would definately recommend them and would use them again in a second!

I had my broken Ray Ban sunglasses to be repealed and I was straggling few weeks to find place where I can get it fixed . I came across Sightdirect on the internet . The case for my Bollé sunglasses were returned to Sight Direct as 'address not known' even though the parcel was perfectly addressed. Sight Direct called me and arranged for re-delivery to my office address - good service :-)

Excellent service, very friendly once i manage to get through.
Did everything that I expected, goods recieved the following day as promised. My only slight problem was that it took a while to get through on the telephone, ( about 20 attempts )

Fantastic - my Ray Bans are like new again!
