Taxi driver on the outbound journey almost crashed into the central reservation on dual carriageway my father had to grap the wheel to pull the car away. He then didn't know his way to gatwick airport and was unable to follow sat nav instructions so my patner had to direct him the whole way there. On the return journey we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the driver at the pick up point where we had agreed to meet , we made 15 phone calls to him in this time but because he didn't speak any English he was unable to communicate with us his where abouts. When we finally found him waiting in costa coffee which was never mentioned as a meeting point , we proceeded to the carpark with him when he then couldn't pay for his carpark ticket as he didn't know how to use the machine. Once we showed him how to operate the machine we walked round the carpark with him for 10 minutes when he then informed us he didn't know where he had parked the car and then laughed , he then walked off to find his car and never returned so we were left stranded and ended up paying out £130 for a last minute taxi. Worst experience of customer service we have ever recieved , the staff in the taxi call centre were also rude and unhelpful the lady working there kept telling us she would find out where the driver was and call us back but never did. Very poor overall.
