Disappointed with the return service, not what I needed when arriving back at Heathrow exhausted!

I was disappointed to find nobody waiting for me as I came into the arrivals area. I had received a text as I landed that welcomed me back to Heathrow and stated that the taxi driver would be waiting for me in the arrivals. I had a call to tell me to come outside and the driver would be there soon. So I waited at a bus stop to then have a call that to say that the driver was also at the bus stop. I couldn't see him. Turned out he was waiting outside departures for me! He sounded rude and said that he had told me to go to departures. How was I supposed to know that when arriving BACK at Heathrow, I am then expected to go to DEPARTURES? I wasn't departing Heathrow, I was arrriving at Heathrow as the driver knew.
The driver told me his number plate and told me to walk to the end of the road to a bus stop. Just my luck that I almost left with the wrong taxi who had a very very similar number plate. I eventually got to the correct taxi, where the driver didn't get out to help with my luggage or greet me. He just acted annoyed with me that I hadn't been at departures and that I nearly got into the wrong taxi. I was tired after travelling for a very long time and it was not the welcome that I expected or paid for. I am hesitant as to whether I will use or recommend this service again.
