I used Silver Shuttle for the first time, this week. The service was reasonably priced and the driver was there on time. Three concerns - the driver was on the phone when he picked me up (which was rude), he stayed on the phone all the way to the car, he then spoke on his mobile while driving (as you know, this is a traffic offence and with good reason). I will try the service once more and if I see this type of behaviour again, I won't continue.
