I got mixed up, with my order, but they were very helpful.
I didn't realize I needed to order the top and bottom of my tankini set separately, consequently I only had the top. They were very helpful sorting out the problem as I also needed to change the size of the top.

Money well spent
We always use Simplyswin for our pool and beachwear, we wouldn't go anywhere else, perfect fit and comfortable especially for us larger people as it is nice to be able to get nice fashion in a larger size.

As a swimmer, I would definatly recommend these goggles!
I swim on a regular basis and recently snapped my goggles. I really liked my old goggles as they fitted nicely, however I stuggled to find them online or at any of my local sports shops. But then I found them on simplyswim and have since orded two new pairs. My new goggles arrived within a couple of days and its great to have my old onces back. So if you swim regulary or your looking for some goggles to use now and then these are a brilliant choice and will not let you down.

Be warned: postage costs may sting you!
I was disappointed to realise that I had to pay return postage for items that did not fit me and that I needed to swap for different sizes/styles. I ended up having forked out nearly £11 with nothing to show for it, as I could not find anything to suit me, and I was not prepared to try another replacement order and incur more postage costs. I have a long torso, so that was the main reason I found it difficult to find a suitable swim-suit or tankini. Having said that, Customer Services were pleasant and helpful on the phone and did show some goodwill by sending me a free returns postage label on two occasions: 1) because on my second parcel of costumes to try, they sent me the wrong items and 2) because after my 3rd parcel I complained about the amount of postage I had ended up paying. So I did not end up finding a costume, and have decided to ask a local sports shop to get some things in that I'd like to try, so I can try them in the shop, pay no postage, and then hopefully buy something at last!

View from a Silver Dipper!!!!
Haven't been "dipping" for a while but booked a short break with a private pool.
Dug out the "cossies" but sadly the hat/goggles had long gone. Due to a mild problem with my ears I always wear ear-plugs. Bought all 3 together from Simplyswim, good choice and prices - quite happy to recommend this company - I will use them again.

Postage and returns are expensive, too may suits out of stock
It looks as if there is a huge selection on the website, but I soon found that too many of the styles were out of stock or had a very limited range of sizes available.
Other swimwear websites offer free Collect plus returns, but Simplyswim charges £3.99 for this service. Also, the website says it's cheaper to use this £3.99 collect plus service, but in my case it was cheaper to send the returned item by "signed for" Royal Mail. All this has put me off shopping with Simplyswim again. There are other sites that offer a better and cheaper delivery and returns policy.

best swim goggles ever
Bought these for my 2 boys as I was told by a swimming teacher it would give them confidence in the water. Tried a few pairs of normal swim goggles but they let water in and kept fogging up, however these ones were excellent. More like a swim mask and never fog up or leak water. My 2 boys have come on in leaps and bounds underwater which has improved their swimming no end!

Great service
The first swimsuit I got wasn't quite right so I changed it for a longer length Ella Scoopback which was a much better fit. Simply Swim were very great in sorting things out for me. I wore my new swimsuit for the first time to day and it's a great fit. I particularly like the removable foam cups and found it very comfortable in the water.

I needed two swimming hats for my daughters (8, 4). I searched quite a few online and high street stores and simply swim sounded the best. The hats were delivered promptly and they are easy to put on, especially for my 8yo who takes it to school swimming lessons. They are a good fit too and their long hair stays relatively dry. Good job Simply Swim. Thank you

Good but not excellent
The shoes arrived very swiftly. They looked exactly like the photograph and were of good quality. I had to return them however as they were too narrow for my feet. I returned them the next day and I was refunded the cost of the item minus the postage price two days later. So the overall service was very good. However it was cheaper to return them using royal mail than the recommended in house return. In total I lost a fair amount on the transaction though as the items only cost approx £10, but my total postage costs including delivery and return were approx £6! Hence overall good but not excellent.

Great service, fab product
Needed a swim cap to wear at a spa....hate them in general! However, found simply swim website and the great choice made it bearable...went for a pink turban that hardly looks like a swim cap. Fits well, reasonably priced and delivered quickly. Couldn't ask for more.

5* and I'm not easy to please!
My swimming costume fell to pieces on a Monday and as I swim most days I was eager to get a new one. I placed my order online and received the costume 48hrs later- very good service! Unfortunately it was too small and I had to return it, but was pleasantly surprised to receive the replacement in another 48hrs.
On the whole the service was excellent and the range of chemical resistant costumes was the best I have found anywhere.
I would definately use them again and will recommend the site to my fellow swimmers!!

Wonderful footwear
I bought these swimming shoes for going swimming at the local city baths. I am always wary of getting veruccas which is the reason I bought them. I did wonder whether I would look stupid walking out in them but I felt absolutely fine and they didn't move about while I was swimming in the water. I showered with them on and then it was easy to dry my feet and transfer my feet to my shoes. I think everyone should wear these and then no-one would get veruccas again. It would be great if schools started using them and they are cheap enough at this price.

Fabulous choices, fantastic service
My order arrived within 2 days of placing it, all as requested. I returned 2 of the swimmers (I ordered 3 to try) - amazingly quick refund. I posted them at our local small post office at 4.30 on Thursday afternoon, by lunchtime on Friday I'd received an e-mail stating they'd already processed my refund.
This is the 2nd time I've bought from SimplySwim, having been recommended by a friend, and I have no qualms about using them again.
I can't recommend them highly enough.
