Jeg har førhen køb sko på Size, uden større problemer. Men da jeg forleden skulle købe et par Nike Roshe Run derinde, kunne jeg ikke komme til at betale for skoene. Jeg prøvede gentagne gange at fuldføre handlen, men en fejlkode kom frem HVER gang. Jeg kontaktede Size's kunderservice af 4 gange. Hver gang lagde de ansvaret fra sig . Da jeg endelig fik betalt for skoene - ved først at oprette en paypal-bruger og betale der igennem... derefter gik der så 4 dage, før jeg fik en mail fra dem - hvor de kunne fortælle mig at skoene var blevet udsolgt i mellem tiden, og jeg derfor ikke kunne få de sko jeg havde glædet mig til at få. Ufattelig ring service! Køber ikke der mere
I paid for next day delivery and received my item 3 days later. I am not normally someone who leaves bad reviews but I was very unimpressed with this company and the item I ordered was not of great quality either which was surprising.
Orderd a pair of sneaker to my girlfriend for Christmas, she was in Denmark, I was in France. I paid about 110€ and recieved an order confirmation, I was happy, and on Christmas day, I told her about the present arriving alittle late. A few days after I recieve a mail from Paypal (not Size.co.uk) that the money had been send back to my acount. Hmmm nothing from size, no warning of a cancelation, no apology, NOTHING! Så I write them, and ask about my order, they by the way have a five days responsetime, according to there website. After five day, I write them again. The day after, they write me back, that my order was delivered the same date. Only this was a new order, made two days after the original one. They did not even consider reading my mail proberly, and did not look at the order number i left in the mail to begin with. I wrote them again clearly. Now four days later AGAIN, I recieve a new mail, explaining how there system i suposed to work, but did not. Still no apology for my lost christmas present, the trouble, or the waiting. No promo code, to say that they were sorry, NOTHING! They clearly dont give a ............. about a customer, buying seven pairs of sneaker from them, last year alone. It is when you need the costumer service, a store like SIZE.CO.UK shows its true face.
Jeg bestilte et par sko for en måned siden hos size?, jeg fik en bekræftelse på min ordre samme dag samt besked om, at de ville sende mig en ny mail, når skoene var på vej. Der gik 4 dage og så trak de beløbet på min konto og regnede med at jeg ville få en mail om, at skoene var sendt afsted indenfor de næste par dage. Der gik 10 dage og jeg fik ingen mail, så jeg skrev til dem. Fra da af var det bare op ad bakke, de var flere dage om at svare tilbage og efter langsommelig mailkorrespondance med deres elendige kundeservice var jeg med stor ærgrelse nødt til at afbestille min ordre!
They use "Hermes" to deliver, even though I paid for next day delivery the courier didn't attempt to deliver. Supposedly because my address was wrong as they couldn't understand that my house has a name not a number!
im from Australia. i placed an order sunday nite, when i wake up monday morning i got an email saying that my order was canceled, and the email didnt metion why. so i try to send email to the Helpteam, they leave me with no respond.
then i try contact via twitter. i was replied pretty quickly which was the good thing, but they said my order was canceled by the security team therefor the reasons are not disclosed. and he suggest me use a different detail to re-order.
this was my credit card and that was my correct address. they wouldnt let me know the reason why it didnt work, so how do i know what detail to change to. i am guessing they are trying to avoid people stealing someone else's credit card by applying those rules.
went to the bank, looks like the amount of money in my order was deduccted from my credit card.
but they said they have not taken any fund. have to wait to see about the 'refund'.
I was refunded ~15 pounds less than I paid originally (this is what left and returned to my account) for: -2 pairs of shoes that were not delivered due to size? advertising shipping to South Africa but not managing to execute -No notice or letter of apology that my items were not delivered -Only registering and processing my refund after I made a 20 minute international call to the UK at my own cost -No understanding of why the goods were not delivered -Taking 6 days to reply to my request for a refund over months after the goods should have been delivered, site clearly states a maximum of 48 hours
I guess they made me pay for the banking and forex charges along the way, and that's what has cost me.
Overall terrible customer experience and poor service.
Bestilte mine varer d. 29. april, og modtog varerne d. 15. maj. Kan godt være at det er mig der er forvandt, men jeg har aldrig ventet så længe på varer som er bestilt indenfor EU før. Kontaktede kundeservice, da jeg gerne ville have fat i et track-and-trace nummer, men det er åbenbart ikke noget de opererer i. Fandt så senere ud af at pakken var sendt som et brev, hvilket gør det en smule svært at spore skidtet, hvis der skulle opstå komplikationer. Trods de fine priser, handler jeg nok ikke hos Size? igen.
Worst customer service ever. Don't even bother looking at their website. They lied to me and said they already dispatched a backpack i tried to buy. They withdrew money from my card however they lied and cancelled the order with the following reason:
"Your order has been cancelled by our security review team. Due to the nature of this cancellation, we are unable to disclose the reason on this occasion."
Even though they already had withdrawn the money from my credit card. It took me four days to get my money back which I lost 2 £ on because of change in the DKK/GBP exchange rate. DON'T BUY ANYTHING THERE!!!
I bought a pair of shoes from Size. They were the cheapest i could find and delivery was fairly cheap as well. I ordered thursday night and received the shoes on tuesday. There was nothing wrong with the product i received. The reason i give 4 stars instead of 5, is that there isn't specified on the website that their shoe sizes is in UK sizes. I ordered a UK 9 where i was hoping for a US 9.
I ordered a shirt in medium since I always wear small or medium and wanted to be sure it wasn't too small. Turned out the shirt was VERY small in size, which would've been useful info on the site first of all.
Also, when ordering I added "Att: My name" since it was shipping to my workplace and I didn't wanted it lying around forever or picked up by someone else - but when I got the confirmation it did say anything about the "Att:", so I wrote them and asked if they got it on the package or not. Never got an answer.
Meanwhile I actually received the shirt only to find out it was WAY too small. After reading all the info on returning/exchanging items on their site, I wrote again and asking if it was possible to exchange it for a bigger size - I didn't mind paying for shipment again. But - No answer... again.
A little over a week later I wrote them AGAIN, only to receive a standardized mail about their return policy which I already read online and on the letter that came with the shirt and an apology for the late resonse. Still no answer to if I could exchange the shirt if I payed shipment again. And by the way, I got this when I was on a six day trip out of the country.
So after being away on vacation, I wrote them that I had little faith in their whole operation and as I saw it I could either try to return the shirt and end up getting no money and no shirt. Or I could keep the shirt and try to sell here and cover some of my purchase. Anyway, during this whole correspondance the 28 days on returning items conveniently went by, which they just wrote me. So even though they acknowledge and apologize for their incredibly slow response time - they don't even offer me and extended period to return the shirt, which would have been the decent thing to do when their customer service is this bad/slow.
To no surprise they are now answering my mails fairly quick - after the 28 days. Pretty lousy to stall response until the 28 days goes by.
I placed an order on the 23rd of January, in the order is a pair of Carhartt Aviation pants. Here I am at 14th of Feburary, and I am yet to receive my package from size.co.uk.
Furthermore i've written an e-mail, which still hasn't been answered. The thing that's the most confusing is that it's been tagged as "Despatched" for more than 2 weeks, though, again, I am yet to receive my package.
In conclusion... It's been 21 days, I haven't received my package, customer service isn't answering and the money have been lifted from my bank account. Size.co.uk, what's going on?
