I have decided to try out Skypax several months ago and was delighted with their services. Website is easy to use, response time is always great, customer service is courteous and friendly. All of the parcels were packed tightly and none were lost. Shipping and handling costs are optimal and competitive.
I have decided to upgrade to premium membership as I believe that this level of service can't be matched.
Sincere recommendation to all buyers, from a happy and returning customer.
I am using skypax services for more than 15 months now and they have consolidated and re-sent about 500 small packages. None were lost and everytime I need something to check or do about my packages they are always there to help.
Looking forward to continue working with Skypax and would recomend them to everyone who is buying from outside UK and is looking for a free UK address and a good parcel forwarding service.
I've used skypax once...never before.
Basically held my parcel before I paid increased shipping costs which were cheaper elsewhere.
I really wanted an Iphone 4s and I couldn't wait for it to be released in Denmark, so I thought why not buy it directly from apple.co.uk. Only thing I needed an UK mail address. Skypax helped me solving that exact problem. Skypax helped me all the way, from estimating the shipping fee with insurance to giving me my T&T number.
