I DONT THINK YOU COULD`NT ASK FOR OR EVEN GET BETTER
EVERY TIME I CALLED THEY WERE ALL VERY POLITE AND HELPFULL, ALL WAYS KEEN TO HELP ALL WAYS RETURNED MY CALLS .FOR THE TIME THAT I WAS IN REGULAR CONTACT WITH BRENDON HE KEPT ME WELL INFORMED WHAT STAGE WE WERE AT WITH THE HOLE PROSEEDINGS, AND I DO ACTUALLY THINK THAT I COULD HAVE NOT DONE BETTER WHERE EVER ELCE I HAD GONE. SO PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANY ONE ALSO THE FINAL OUTCOME WAS VERY GOOD.

Extremely helpful and supportive through a stressful time.
Debbie was a pleasure to deal with. She was always quick to reply with any queries or concerns I had. She was very friendly and approachable and never made me feel stupid with the numerous questions I asked her. Moving house was a very stressful time and Debbie was very supportive and took a lot of the stress away. If I ever moved again I would specifically ask for Debbie. She is a credit to RJW and I would definitely recommend the her to anybody

First class service, communications&end result!
Having used Russell Jones&Walker on a couple of occasions I've never had any problems and each time my claim was dealt with professionally, courteously&expeditiously. I wouldn't normally single out anyone in particular but Delia Coleman, who acted on my behalf on each occasion, was extremely friendly and helpful with any queries I had. I would definitely recommend these solicitors to anyone in the future, had nothing but a first class service!

Smart, succinct, effective

My initial reaction was one of surprise as my name is "Russell Jones"!! The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Communication was good with them keeping me updated even when nothing was happening (I liked that - made me feel they were really on the ball).

A solicitor with a heart and a secretary from heaven
I was involved with Les Elcoat and his secretary Janet, from the Newcastle office, for a very long and complicated case against the NHS for personal injury which resulted in my contract being terminated. The case went on for around five years which was the NHS's fault as I was waiting for second surgery. During the entire case Les was always available to speak to, always up to date with his paperwork, always able and willing to explain every detail of what was happening. Most importantly, Les was patient and understanding. Obviously, losing my career and being stuck at home had a huge impact on my mental health and fighting for benefits, surgery, treatment, pension took its toll. Even when I got to the stage where I had lost any fight left in me, Les would talk to me calmly, reassuringly and give me confidence again. This is also where I found Janet to be the most amazing asset the firm has. She has listened to me sobbing, ranting and every other emotion possible, but has always ended the call with me laughing and feeling so reassured. I don't know what Janet's salary is, but as an ex mental health nurse, I can tell you she is worth her weight in platinum. Les and janet always make you feel that everything is under control, which the paper work reflects. I think I had around 14 large lever arch files by the end of the case, the expensive NHS solicitors had about a half inch of paperwork. It was clear that there was an awful lot they should have done, but didn't! I was awarded an out of court settlement of £450,000 and thank God that Les and Janet were on my side. There is nothing I can say or do to reflect my confidence and gratitude to Les and Janet. They are genuine, normal, down to earth people who I now would like to consider as friends and would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone who has a potential case. I will eternally be grateful to them and I would say the same even if I hadn't been awarded a penny! Sandra lowe

Not what it was, its all about people.
We have only dealt with Debbie Valentine in the firm. She acted for us until she went on maternity leave on a couple of purchases and lease extensions and we have been very satisfied - five star. She was quick, efficient, and regularly communicated. This quality of service has not been maintained by the person who has taken over from her. It has made us reconsider expanding our activities with the company.

The reassurance of having the best team in your corner

I found dealing with RJW at a very stressful time to be easy and was led through the processes in a very thorough and professional way. I can't speak highly enough of Karen Slack, and the faith she had in me meant everything. At last someone believed what i was saying. The amount of time she spent taking notes and forwarding documents was very commendable and was most definately not a 9-5 clock watch.

Very Professional

Great advice and result, if a little slow
Rjw represented me against my former employer after an accident left me with problems. I found Tracy benson who I was assigned to friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The only negative thing I would say about the service I received was that it was a little slow and took over 3 years before a settlement was made. I also had to chase for updates occasionally but my requests were replied to in a very timely manner.

The perfect solicitors
I have used Russell jones & walker on a number of occasions now from personal injury claim through to writing a will. Fantastic communication swift replies
They were great honest from the start and didn't fill me with false hopes. Kept in touch via email and letter. Any emails I sent were swiftly replied too with a full answer. Updated on progress with copies of both parties letter given to me. Expected time table was spot on. Not got a bad word to say!

Efficient, helpful & extremely prompt in obtaining a settlement
The claims process was simple & the initial report taken by phone quickly & produced accurately. There was minimum fuss & little to do on my part throughout & the advice I received from Lydia was excellent. She obtained a good settlement for me in a far shorter time frame than I had envisaged.
