using snap plc for my business cards couldn't have been better, customer care and quality of work was outstanding, i was kept imformed throughout the entire process and the delivery time was exactly as quoted, highly recommended.
I have ordered some business cards from Snap Plc. The team was very friendly, and helpful. I was first sent a sample booklet (very impressive) to help me choose the right paper. Once ordered, the product has arrived very quickly by post. The business cards looked exactly as expected.
Took a few attempts to get the design we required for our Ball tickets. Snap were very patient throughout and we finally got a great result. customer service was excellent and all our enquiries were responded too immediately. Can't wait to see our next order of our gift cards.
SNAP is the first port of call forThe Pepper Foundation a charity which raises funds to provide hospice care at home for children with life limiting conditions.We have all our publicity flyers for large fundraising events produced by SNAP. The sales office are always helpful and the prices are very competetive. The orders are checked and the artwork is scrutinised prior to printing, which is very useful and not something other printers do.The quality of the print is brilliant. Delivery is always on the day that is quoted. All round brilliant service.
Whether I need a bit of advice or know exactly what we are looking for, I always know that Snap will have the right product and timeframe I need for the project. No pushy sales people, just quality products and the price is good too!
I went to Snap to request a quote to fulfill a large printing assignment on my behalf. I found the sales tem were incredibly friendly and no request seemed too much trouble for them. The completed quote was very competitively priced and as I had heard of them through a recommendation from another business I gave them the job.
Although there were some mild problems with the first batch of items I received they quickly remedied the problem and applied further discounts to my job price as compensation for the inconvenience. From then on all the subsequent products I've received have been first rate. Fast delivery too. I think the reason i am recommending them so highly here is not because the printing I've received has been excellent but it has been the excellent customer service they have provided and the courteous and friendly manner in which the sales tram conduct themselves. No waiting hours for a phone call to be returned here - they really are completely on the ball. I would definitely use the again and in time I am sure that I will.
I'd fully recommend Snap to anyone who values quick and efficient service, great print quality and highly competitive pricing. If you don't value those things, use them anyway, you'll soon come to appreciate how friction-free print buying can be with the right supplier. 10/10.
The high quality of the final printwork was primarily due to the help and advice we were given by the account manager, SNAP designers and the proofing team. We are not professional designers but we created our own artwork. Despite our amatuer attempts, SNAP were very patient throughout the evolution of our design. We are very pleased with the final outcome, and recognise that it was largely down to the professional assistance and QA that SNAP introduced to our designs. We will not hesitate to use SNAP again in the future. We would not hesitate to recommend their service.
We have used SNAP for eight years for our charity' s racing badges. Service is speedy, polite and very efficient. The badges add glamour to our racing day and are worn with pride on the poshest of outfits!
