Es wird behauptet, die Ski seien ohne Bindung bestellt worden, aber die Unterlage fragt für die Montage der Bindung nach Sohlenlänge der Skischuhe, Gewicht, und Können des Skiläufers. Wieso dies wenn keine Bindung und Montage? Zunächst erhalte ich eine Entschuldigung für die Falschlieferung mit dem Angebot von 25,-- für Montagekosten (aber die Bindung fehlt!!) Dann akzeptiert man die Rücksendung, aber auf meine Kosten! Der bezahlte Preis entspricht ziemlich genau dem anderer Onlineshops inclusive Bindung, Monatge und teilweise auch Lieferung.
Das war wohl meine Kundenbeziehung zu Tradeinn!

Je trouve souvent les meilleurs prix chez snowinn quand je recherche du matériel de glisse. Livraison très rapide et beaucoup de choix.
- desde el 10 de abril esperando dos mochilas
- en un mes nadie se ha puesto en contacto, cuando en la web pone que en 10 días está el material en tu casa
- si no tienen el producto disponible por lo menos que se pueda pagar cuando llegue, así no me tendría que preocupar tanto
- aún así reconozco que tienen buenos precios y he caído en la trampa ya 4 veces, de las cuales sólo una me ha llegado el producto, otra me han devuelto el dinero y en 2 aún estoy esperando

Obwohl ich zuerst ein wenig skeptisch war in Spanien neue Skis zu bestellen, so einwandfrei hat alles funktioniert. Sogar die Zollformalitäten waren kein Problem und das bei einer Lieferung in die Schweiz! Die Ware entspricht dem Bestellten. Der Preis ist heiss. Was will man mehr. Einfach nur das bestellen, was auch an Lager ist, dann hat man keinerlei Probleme.
Order was paid for by credit card, No delivery 3 month later and an estimated delivery 10 months later. Not acceptable and very unsatisfactory.
J'ai d'abord du faire un retour qui s'élève à 34 euros car en Espagne pour une paire de chaussure de ski.
Je constate aujourd'hui que je n'ai toujours pas été remboursée.
Je suis un peu déçue et m'inquiète des relances que je vais devoir mettre en oeuvre.
C'était la première fois que je passais par ce site... Je ne sais pas si j'y reviendrais avec les frais de retour elevés et le remboursement que j'attend toujours.

Ich habe hier Skischuhe bestellt und innerhalb von vier Tagen erhalten. Die Auswahl der Ware, Bestellvorgang, Verpackung, Lieferung und Ware selbst waren mehr als zufriedenstellend. Ich kann diesen Shop empfehlen.
Les pompes de ski dont je rêvais étaient hors de prix chez Chullanka ou plus dans ma pointure chez Snowleader ou autres magasins en ligne.

There is a total of 7 weeks from order cancellation and still no refund.
There is a Thomas Buve answering my email 4 weeks ago, who said my IBAN account is not the right format...
He seemed well intended, but come on...
He aknowledged later that my IBAN account was valid and verified
It makes me wonder how comes they do not know the IBAN format, or is it just a tactic to delay refund payments?
I'm extremely insatisfied with the experience!

The initial message:
I ordered from www.snowinn.com a pair of ski boots Head Raptor The Overkill, size 27.5.
Order number was 1074932.
I paid on April 4th, 2013, by bank transfer, and confirmed the payment to the customer support, which was notifying me I have 7 days to make the payment.
Now, April 25th, I still did not receive either my ski boots or a refund.
What is worse is that I found in my SPAM folder an email from orders@snowinn.com confirming my order has been successfuly canceled at my request, which is highly disturbing since I did not request any order cancelation.
I think, in terms of customer experience, snowinn still has a lot to learn about basics.
It starts from raising unrealistic expectations, and ends with a customer care that is below basic needs.
The process is not traceable/transparent, neither looks fair if I read that email about my supposed cancelation.
I hope to have a fast resolution on my situation and a fast refund, but, as customer experience, snowinn has to learn a lot of basics on how to treat new customers and hopefully turn them into returning customers...
Dissapointing so far!

I would really recommend this site to anyone. It is easy to use, has all or most needed information. One can buy good products at a fair, and sometimes nicely low price. The preparation of the order might take a bit more than announced (although in my case it could be just because the bindings had to be mounted on the skis). They have a fast and slow parcel-transport method (DHL or GLS); I took GLS and it came exactly in the time announced (4 days). In my experience, their database is up to date concerning when a product comes in or our of stock. I have bought only once, and everything went smooth. Perhaps, when you purchase skis with bindings, they could also ask in the desired mounting point. Many skis can be mounted more or less centered, depending on the intended use and preferences. I was pretty happy with the mounting of the bindings rather to the center, but I guess someone else would prefere other setting.
Ottimo servizio e ottime offerte peccato non avere abbastanza soldi, altrimenti farei un ordine al giorno!

Ordered from snowinn and it said 'free returns' on home page and customer services was a London number so felt ok ordering ski boots (already got measured at a local shop so those ordered should have fit in theory). Anyway, I waited ages for them to be delivered (longer than what I'd paid for) and turns out they were sent from Spain! This got me worried. Had to return them so filled in form but turns out not free delivery and had to post back to Spain! Lets just say it would have been cheaper for me to buy a plane ticket for them!). Feel robbed.
I ordered boots poles and skis . They advertised that they would adjust bindings for ability and weight but they didn't even adjust them for boot size or provide info . The only advise with regard to the bindings was in the "disclaimer" from Salomon who said they should be adjusted by Salomon dealers only.
The items otherwise were as described .
They also refuse to send any items that are in stock until the unavailable ones arrive which meant I was to wait three weeks.
I have,been in touch and they did apologise for not adjusting the skis and suggested that I have them adjusted locally and they will compensate me which seems sensible .

Zwar sind meine Ski beschädigt angekommen, doch mir wurde angeboten dass ich wenn ich sie behalte eine Rückerstattung erhalte oder sie abgeholt werden..und da der Mangel recht gering war habe ich sie behalten... Super netter Kundenservice, sehr bemüht...
I bought the item as it was listed as in stock/shippable within 4 days. 10 days later I was. Told it was not in stock without a definite ship date. I cancelled the order and was refunded.
Snowinn is a priceable web dealer with good services.
Ottime offerte, ma non sempre fotografie e descrizioni sono fedeli. Attenzione alle taglie, è facile sbagliare specialmente sui prodotti USA, e in caso di errore si deve pagare la spedizione indietro, che è costosissima trattandosi di invio all'estero.
