Soho 66 provide an excellent service.
The information on their web site is very good and their staff were very helpful while I was making the decision to use their service.
Once I placed my order everything was set up immediately and the equipment received next day.
The whole solution worked out of the box with minimal set-up.

We started to use voip to give us more controll of our calls and where they go when we moved offices and didnt want to spend thousands again on a new phone system soho66 go us up and running and sent someone to our offices to go over our concerns about changing and what we need to get up and running, "very little" we didnt buy our phones from soho66 but they still helped us set them up and get going now we are a year down the line and soho66 have helped us create a IVR for our callers within a day, cant think of anywhere else you can pick up a phone and have someone discuss what you need and implement there and then with you on the phone no passing from pillar to post, We are a Estate & Letting Agency and make and receive over 1,000 calls a month
I have used Soho66 for personal and work usage, the service is high quality with great control over features.
The best part of Soho66 is they are approachable, you can always pick-up the phone and talk directly to someone about the service. They also listen to new features that could be added to their offering.

Problems with telephone service. This normally occurs out of hours, so after 5.30 pm when the staff at Soho66 are not working. Also weekends. I had to contact the staff (technical team) first thing Monday morning where my service had worked its way back to working order again! Although I reported it, I was told they had no other reports and mine was the first, in which I responded 'well it would be as you have no out of hours technicians to deal with issues on weekends and after 5.30pm in the evening! Same problems have occured again today (Wednesday).. After 5.30pm when they are closed.. My calls that come through to my London number diverts to a mobile phone and this awful noise of sound errupts when any calls are made to my London number. Of course because of this problem, I have lost a lot of calls.. No one at the moment can get in touch through my London number, diverted to a mobile. Although I have raised a ticket and flagged up as 'urgent', still no response via email. I had hoped perhaps someone outside hours would have picked up on it and tried to resolve. The problems continue..
FOLLOW UP..I think I have realised what has been causing the issues, it appears this is when a call is made and withheld it causes the problem. If number is displayed it does not mess up the service. Also when the credit is low this also errupts the problem... Once topped up it is ok, but I was told by a staff member on Monday this should not cause a problem regardless is credit is low and should not cause loud noise. I would be grateful if these issues can be looked into please.
Over the years I have used a number of voip suppliers and Soho66 is by far... THE BEST!
Their site is easy to navigate (even for the less techy of us), their pricing is incredibly reasonable and above all else the call quality is fantastic.
Since my first order, the customer service team have offered to assist me with any areas in which I may require a little more help, however as their site is so easy to use and contains a wealth of information (FAQ's etc) this has not been required.
Initially I purchased a single line (to try them out)... since I have purchased an additional and I am in the process of making plans to change the rest!

Soho66 falls in to the category of "just works" - which is a very sweet feeling when you're busy running your own business.
I've found everything easy to use and the odd query to support has been answered in good time and helpfully.
The only thing I don't seem to be able to do is see a log of incoming calls. Maybe I've missed where to look. You can look at outward calls via the invoice pages. This could be improved.
Without that one reservation it would be an easy 5 stars!
I previously used Soho66 linking 30 sites within their fax to email service, which allowed a simple way to collect signed Proof of Delivery documents without investing a fortune in IT. The system was simple & worked, We had one issue with one location, emailed Soho66 who came back with a range of solutions from which we identified that the issue was with our phone line provider.

Joining Soho66 online is very simple and their telephone helpline are very helpful and always seem to be available, longest wait for them to answer was about 30 seconds. I ported my existing landline to Soho66 which I was worried would be difficult and lengthy but it really wasn't. It is quite complicated with forms and stuff to fill in but the helpline helped whenever I needed reassurance I was doing the right thing. I could go on but basically I'm really pleased with the prices and service, truly excellent, thank you Soho66.

BUT I ordered from Soho66 a cordless phone to plug in to my router and struggled to set it up. It would have been helpful if they shipped it ready set up to use.
We've set up six office phones. Everything worked as advertised and set-up was simple through the Soho66 control panel. When I had to contact support the phone was answered swiftly and the person on the other end was able to answer all my enquiries. Account changes were done immediately.
Transferring in our existing telephone number was straightforward.

All in all I'm very impressed with Soho66.
not very consistent. for example: i attempt a fax at 9.30am, no response, try again, no response, contact customer service at about noon, says nothing has been received and advises to send again, sent again and at around 3pm messages started to appear and all the faxes attempted (to the same number), being sent one after another! If your business depends on timely delivery of fax, go get a good one, but if you only need a fax number on the paper, probably So66 is ok.
We use a sister company of Soho66 for our VoIP hosted phone system and it works well. Technical support is good. We have purchased phones from Soho66. Their prices are competitive, the items were in stock and were delivered on time.

does what you pay for problem free and the support staff are excellent
5* in my honest opinion and it will take a major problem or issue to change that.

The help I received in setting this up was incredible. The whole process was walked through and easy to understand. The system works brilliantly well and I can honestly say represents great value for money. I have told many of my friends about this as it is perfect for any small business like mine.
I never knew such a great piece of technology existed until i searched the web and found this company. I still didn't quite believe it could work so well. I wanted a fax machine for my company to receive faxes, however I didn't want to install an expensive phone line as there's not many a month. I thought this would be ideal. So I registered for the service to receive an incoming fax only (outgoing is fine as my printer can send faxes when I want I just plug it into my phone line). It cost just £2 per month, when someone sends me a fax, I receive a PDF of that fax by email within seconds! I thought id be waiting 10-15 minutes while someone PDF's it and then emails it, however, not so, it's all automatic! Fully recommend it if you need a fax for your business and no expensive purchases or maintenance.
Being new to voip we have made an excellent choice. Great pricing. Easy to set up even with our little knowledge of the subject. Their help pages told us all the settings needed. Used this service for a couple of weeks now and the calls are clear and things like caller display at no extra cost with many other facilities too make Soho66 a great choice. We'll be staying with them.
