Good to have a UK call centre, shame it doesn't open outside office hours
Everything works fine although the website can be a bit irritating as it does not return to where you were if you ask for more info on an item but takes you back to the home page and you have to start again with your search. Excellent to talk to someone in England which I had to do a few times and the on-line support which I have had to use because the office and help desk close at 5:30. When raising on on-line query in the evening the answer was there the following morning. I have found a cheaper supplier for my voip calls but they only provide email support so this has led me to pay slightly more for this service
