Only been with them for a short time but am receiving a speedy reliable service. No problems at all and have solved my Fax problems for a reasonable price. I found them from a recommendation and wouldn't hesitate to pass this on.
I looked for a very long time for a good but cheap VOIP. found SOHO66 but they looked the same as all the rest. Found a link on a forum for 'The Internet Telephony Services Providers’ Association' the forum said use a company from here. SOHO66 is on there list. After getting in touch with them through email, with some basic questions. I decided to go with them. I ported my Virgin Media Landline number to them, which didn't take long at all. I was able to use my number straight away. It's great now my "home" phone rings and if i'm not there to pick it up it will divert to my mobile. There is no extra setup cost only the cost of a phone call. Which by the way is a fraction of the cost I would've had to pay with the old company.
I have only been with SOHO66 for 2 weeks but I have only experienced the highest customer services possible. I think SOHO66 should do Landlines too it will give the other companies a run for there money.

I use Soho66 for the phone lines for 2 businesses and a home office. The set-up was quick and easy and within minutes we had a number of our choice that we could use right away. I have called for help or advice about 5 to 6 times and each time the phone was answered quickly by someone who was clearly knowledgeable and dealt with my enqiry immediately. Thoroughly recommended!
We recently converted our four primary business lines from BT to Soho66. The entire process was well managed by Soho66, the only problems where caused by our old telephone supplier not being exactly helpful.
The service has been rock solid, initial problems we had with configuration of our VOIP gateway, where easily solved with excellent support from Soho66.
The only improvements I would like to see are some form of itemised billing, so we can see where the call credit we upload is going and support for G.728 codec to consume less bandwidth.
I signed up to soho66 recently and like so many customer service synics I waited for the day when something annoyed me or the service wasn't what you hoped for
But no - soho66 has provided me with a great service, efficient and helpful people who get to the point with effective answers and a product that is helping me build a professional approach to my customers - I haven't started using the service a great deal yet but I'm about to do that and I'm looking forward to adding a new number and more services to my sub
When setting up my new business one of the things i knew little about and expected to be complicated and time consuming, as well as expensive, was telecoms. I was wrong. someone pointed me in the direction of Soho66 and the whole experience was extremely simple, very quick and so far very inexpensive. I got a line set up within a matter of hours with a number of my own choosing and a choice of simple phones that i can plug in anywhere there is an internet connection. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Set up fax to e mail and forget about it!!
The online help on the Soho66 site is very good. Even I managed to set this up without any problems! I bought a Cisco/Linksys handset from Amazon, plugged it into my router, changed a couple of settings on the handset and everything just worked!
I have been a customer since July 2010. Just recently I needed help with porting a number across to Soho66. Andy in the Support Team has been fantastic - his prompt, helpful and patient replies to a long email thread helped us complete the process swiftly.
This really sets the bar for customer service.
This is a great business tool, very easy to set up and administer. Make changes with the click of a button, the price is highly competitive with as many if not more features than others that cost 3 times more. My business works 100% remote so this enables me to give my staff the tools they need to be successful, we even use it with Bria on the iPhone and when on wifi the voice quality is as good as traditional telephone lines, would definitely recommend Soho66.
Recently signed up with Soho66 as we are moving and didn't want a specific business line from BT. Order quickly and professionally processed. Call quality seems great so far .
Then needed to port a BT number over, a few questions I had were answered on the support line and the number was ported very quickly.
Very happy so far with the service so far and are looking at more numbers for new projects.

Just opened my 2nd account with Soho66, as the service has been free of problems for the time I've used it. The line has always been clear, no one has an idea that I'm not on a traditional landline and never dropped a call up to press.
Couldn't pay to take the new account over the weekend, so dropped a line to customer services Sat night and had a response on the Monday.
Happy and would recommend.

I'd definitely recommend. Have been using the Business VoIP Solo service since late September last year. Had previously been using Skype, and suffering appalling quality on voicemails for months. The availability of phone numbers for my local area is what initally hooked me on soho66 (not available on skype). The stunning call quality was a huge surprise, no more struggling to understand voicemails.
Getting voicemail recordings delivered by email alerts is great. I can listen to them on my Blackberry. Very convenient when travelling or away from the computer.
If a caller gets through to the voicemail greeting then hangs up without leaving a message, you STILL get an email alert. Very useful to follow up on impatient customers quickly. An email alert on ALL missed calls would be a great addition.
Working from home days were plagued with poor connections / expensive mobile calls.
Researched VOIP and set up a £2.50 trial with Soho66 -> plugged a Cisco office phone into my broadband router with SIP firmware .. I thought call quality would be reasonable to flaky ... "Skype-esq" ... awesome call quality, professional calling out with 0203 number .. webex / gotomeeting calls are now relaible ... have upgraded to £6.50 unlimited landlines and a bit of credit for the odd mobile call ... email very time I get a missed call / VM ... couldn't be happier with the service. AWESOME.
Keep up the great work. Anyone working from home from time to time ... this is a no-brainer.
I dealt with James from Soho66 from the initial contact to full delivery of my companies services. I have to commend James and the team at Soho66 for the support they have provided throughout the set up of these services. The information provided and and knowledge of the staff were great meaning an all round excellent customer experience. The rates weren't to bad either.
I've just signed up to Soho66 VOIP service for my company and couldn't have wished for a smoother beginning. The customer service is second to none, call rates are unbeaten across the UK (I've done the research) and the voice quality is crisp and clear. Thumbs up all round. Michael
While the service appears well priced and easy to use I found that after attaching several documents to 3 separate faxes only one document arrived and 12 pages on 2 documents and other pages on another document never arrived thus delaying my business transaction by several days till i could find a more reliable method of faxing.
I did have other faxes that did send and arrive as normal but I would prefer a more reliable provider for my fax services.
While the service and problems did not resolve itself I would have to readily admit that the support service that I was offered to try and resolve and rectify my problems was second to none. I only wish we could have found a resolution to this problem as I feel that the support in the background will undoubtedly lead to a successful and worthy service. Thanks to all in the background who helped, even though i cannot use you any more in future
The service was easy to use. The support staff were efficient and courteous. You cannot ask for anything more.
Soho66 were recommended through a friend. I live oversea's and needed a cheap calling option to England. I looked at the pricing it seemed great. Once i installed the phone i couldnt beleive the call quality, even better than my normal Landline.
Another great feature is you can check your credit with simplicity and the added bonus is that you get an email to tell you if you have a new voicemail and it even lets you listen to the message with an attachment in the email.
Super, i can't recommend Soho66 enough!
I’ve been using Soho66 for over a year now and I’m continually surprised at the amazing service levels. It’s so easy to use it takes minutes to set up what five years ago would have required a dedicated phone system. Outstanding quality all the times and a very fast to reply to any queries you may send.

Soho66 had our VoIP system up and running very quickly. After just one initial phone call to enquire about the services they offered we never required another phone call. The handsets were delivered on a next day service and the set up was very simple. The help pages on the Soho66 website are great and talk you through the process. Love the fax service too. And then there's the value - it's fantastic.
I couldn't recommend this company enough, the staff are incredibly friendly and most importantly - efficient. All of my emails were answered within 15 minutes, including support emails!
The product is top notch, I've tried a few similar services and was very underwhelmed by the web administration side of things, but Soho66 is incredibly easy to use and feature-filled.
The price as well was pretty unbelievable. I haven't needed their service for the past 12 months or so but carried on paying a) because it was so cheap I barely noticed, and b) because I think they deserved my custom/money. A bizarre thing to do I know, but once you try their service you'll understand why.
Generally very good value and a good team, easy to get hold of etc. Having a bit of trouble understanding how the forwarding settings work etc.
We needed a VOIP system after finishing our landline and moving to a microwave line of sight Internet provider. Dead easy set up combined with a Cisco SPA112 adapter so we could utilise existing phones.
Configuration is quick and very flexible. We even like the fact we could have anew phone number with our local STD code.
Call costs are very reasonable and sound quality is excellent.

I've been using the soho66 voip service for 3 months now as a replacement to my landline and everything has been going well so far. The website interface is intuitive to use and simplifies the whole setup and management process.
I use the csipsimple android app on my htc desire phone to connect to the soho66 voip service and everything runs like clockwork, much more reliable than skype which I used previously.
One thing I do miss is the ability to automatically top up an account with funds when running low, as happens with skype. Otherwise a great all-round service.
