Really shamefully poor service when I tried to return an item. Kate, the customer service manager at So Jeans, speaks poor English which makes her messages difficult to understand, and she appeared to offer me conflicting advice relating to my item. There were big delays between messages (I had to chase her twice for a response, and am still waiting for a response to a subsequent message even now). Overall, I found the service totally unacceptable - and they have the nerve to keep e-mailing me with their offers and deals! My advice is to avoid So Jeans at all cost - there are plenty of other retailers out there without having to waste your time (and money) on So Jeans.
I found a pair of Pepe Jeans on this site that I had been looking for for months elsewhere, and they were £20 cheaper than any other site I could find. The communication was as expected from an online company and delivery was as quick as it possibly could have been, seeing as it was delivered from France. I had used the £10 off voucher and decided to go for the £10 DHL delivery. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Lovely jeans received at a very good price. Delivery hit and miss - tracking through Yodel didn't work and customer service couldn't help track the parcel. But they have arrived now and I am very happy with them. Much cheaper than elsewhere.
This is the second time I have bought from SoJeans. On the first occasion the service was excellent, unfortunately this can not be said about my latest transaction.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a delivery despite their marketing claims to ship within 24hrs. The delay would be acceptable if I felt the company were being totally honest about the reasons for the delay but their lack of plausible reasons makes me very suspicious.
Dodgy company alert!
Despite constantly advertising Free Delivery I was still charged £3approx delivery. I pointed this out to Kate who gave me an offer code for £10 off as she agreed this was a mistake and the advert should have been removed from the site, however i already had an offer code for £10 off as I was spending over £50 and I couldn't use both codes, so technically they gave me a useless gesture.
I made a £150 order with this 'company' I have waited 2 weeks now and received nothing. Customer service are very unhelpful. I have asked for a day it will be delivered and they will not give me a day I have also asked for a tracking number and they will not supply me with this either and the one online is not a valid number.
They have given me a story about Yodel's tracking system not working, yet I have had numerous deliveries from Yodel this week and tracked fine.
Now they are ignoring me so I have had to go direct to my back to try and get back my money. I will be following this up with every service available including trading standards and if needs be the police.
Worst company I have EVER dealt with.
It has been a perfect purchase since I contact the customer service asking for some currency issues on the UK website. Kate was really kind with fast replies to my emails. When I decided to buy the Edwin shirt, it arrived in three working days after the payment was completed as promised (DHL courier). Upon it arrived, the shirt was well packaged.
I must confess I was a bit worried about the reviews I read here, but my experience with Sojeans has been almost perfect and kate was always kind to me.

Always like the products but the delivery service is hopeless. The delivery company abandon my purchase with any of my neighbours down the street. They are not then in when I call to collect and it can be days before i finally get my jeans. Really annoying!
I ordered a jacket from SoJeans.de on 6 November. I transfered the money straight away - so it should have reach SoJeans by Friday 7 November. Even though it said free postage and delivery for orders over 100Euro, i was still charged for postage. I paid the postage because i thought it would make the delivery quicker.
I recieved an email last Thursday 14 November which says that i should receive my order within 48 hours. It is now Tuesday 19 November, and i still have not received my order.
I just rang the customer helpline and the gentleman said i will not receive it until this Friday 22 November because of the shipping option i chose? So not only did i pay when it should have been free, i am still waiting even though i received a confirmation email saying that it would only take another 48 hours... Im starting to question the legitimacy of the web site.
At 3AM my jeans were in Paris, 7 hours later in my hands, in the south of Italy! What a fast shipping!!! My Cheap Monday jeans are perfect, probably the best jeans I've ever had, extremely comfortable, thought they're skinny jeans. For those who are going to order Cheap Monday - take one size up! The only thing is that their colour is fairly different from this on website - even if both are beautiful :) For sure I'll buy Cheap Monday again, so I'll choose sojeans as it's almost impossible to buy them in Italy. Thank you!
It's always a bit of a risk buying jeans without being able to try them on, but these proved to be a perfect fit, and exactly as described on the website. They were delivered only 6 days after ordering, and that included a weekend.
I ordered two pairs of jeans and benefited from an offer of £10 off a £50 order. Returned one pair within 24h from receipt of the jeans and requested a refund. The jeans cost £56 and the refund received was just over £51 only. I was wondering if it had something to do with the offer but as the other pair of jeans cost £60 (over the £50 minimum order) I assumed not. When I queried the reason for the partial refund this was the reply: "We refund you the price you paid for the jeans.The refund not include the offer discount and the delivery fees as now :

now is only free for £130 or more.
The update on the website is on process it why it still appear free delivery".
The reference to delivery, I assume, once again that it refers to the 'free' return as I paid for the DHL delivery.
I'm not impressed with the fact that the terms of the agreement (what was on the website when I placed the order) haven't been honoured only two days after. Apart from that, the jeans I kept are nice and the delivery was very quick (credit to DHL). I will not use this company again.
Bought and paid for my order on the 15th of October at 6.a.m, that evening I was told my order had dispatched and that in 48 hours I would receive my order, now I'm being told my order will arrive middle of next week. Disgrace. wont be using again
I have made a few purchases from So Jeans, one of which resulted in them sending me the wrong pair. However, This review is about my latest purchase. I returned a pair of jeans on November 1st and still to this date of December 4th, I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND!!!! I have had to mess around emailing proof of purchase, only to then find out they had in fact received the jeans, what a waste of time. Its now just me phoning all the time trying to find out where my money is. I've never been so angry at a company before. Do not buy from this company!
Sojeans website is paramount to false advertisement. In every single page, it appears with a box stating 10 pounds off orders more than 50 pounds. You will never find anywhere where you can input the stated code in anywhere in the checkout process. I have looked many times and sent emails to the Kate@sojeans website and not ever had a reply regarding this matter. Add in addition....the tracking number they gave is totally fictitious and will not track the order.
Placed an order on the 1st of October. 10 days later order has still not arrived. Customer services told me twice your order will arive next week. Unable to track order. Status stayed the same.
Now asked for a refund. Will be shopping elsewhere.
