EXCELLENT.
Purchased a mixtrack pro a good few months ago and put it aside as a Christmas present.
Some of the software didnt work when opened. Despite me buying it about 5 months earlier Soundware sorted out the software for me - was a duff code sent from manufacturer nothing to do with Soundware.
The after-sales service is above and beyond. Fantastic customer service.
I would definately recommend Soundware and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Very, very quick...
I ordered a Nord Drum from these guys. Within two hours of ordering i had received a text message to tell me that it had been dispatched and the exact time that it would arrive the next day - 10 am, and it arrived at 10 am. No waiting in all day for a delivery and not knowing if it'll come or not. Great service.
Product arrived on time, in perfect condition

Excellent fast friendly service and lightning fast delivery!
I had been looking for this particular item everywhere only to find it was sold out or I could pay now and WAIT....soundware had the item in stock at best price around and stuck to their promise when I asked that they definitely had them in stock. Delivery was super fast and I am now very happy to have this product and very impressed with their service will give them prefential treatment next time I am considering a purchase like this!

Very good value and great service.
I bouthg a ESI Maya 44xte Sound Card for my Fiancé for Christmas. He's built a white PC with a window on the side so this soundcard looks great inside it. Thankfully he says it's great as well as good looking. Zero latency and great amplification whatever that means? Not to mention this is the best price I could find, and I looked everywhere!

I am from Portugal, and I was afraid because it was my first online purchase but everything went very well. A veritable treasure trove for Beatmasters everywhere!
Tucked away in a Newcastle suburb is the finest collection of DJ and audio supplies around. The friendly website makes it easy to find gear at competitive prices, but for a real treat, head over to the shop itself and be like a kid in a sweet shop, browsing and testing the fantastic array of hardware and software. I'll be coming back for more as soon as finances allow!

unclear about stock levels
the website did not make it clear that while the item i ordered was available it was not actually in stock in the shop and would have to be ordered in. Money was also taken out of Paypal account immediately instead of 3 weeks later when item was in stock which lead me to think it was on its way. I had to phone the shop to find out where it was as i thought it had got lost in the post.. Item did arrive eventually and was we wanted.
