Long wait
I placed my order in mid March 2013 and it did not arrived until mid May. Personally I will not order again.

Fantastic efficient faultless service
I ordered my husband a pair of sport sandals when they arrived really quickly they were a bit small. I sent them back free of charge and they sent the exchange pair I requested within 2 days! The second pair were also too small when I rang the lady I spoke to was great really helpful said no problem return this pair and they will again send me the next size up. Nothing was too much trouble will definitely order from them again

I would fully recommend visiting the South West Mountain Sports web site. Very competitive prices and the service I received was excellent. When the Keen shoes I had ordered unexpectedly turned out to have a 2 month delivery time they telephoned me and I was able to amend my order to shoes that were in stock and received them in the post next day. I will be using this company again. In an age where I find that customer service is often very poor or non existence the friendly and efficient service from South West Mountain Sports was a refreshing change.

I ordered a travel cot on tuesday and it arrived on thursday (I live in glasgow). Fantastic service
Bought a womens Rab gilet, as a replacement for my current one (had an fight with some rose bushes and came off worse. Brilliant garment, light extremely warm and comfortable. Price wise did a fair bit of research and unable to find one cheaper anywhere. Only took a couple of days to arrive.

Best by Long Way!
Purchased the Montane Expedition 100L kit bag from South West Mountain Sports, best price by far to be found on the net, and the super fast delivery was just an excellent bonus, took the free postage option on delivery which suggested a few of days to wait, but it arrived the next day. Superb organisation, if only there was more like them out there.
As for the bag, superb construction, extreme lightweight material, can't wait to get to use it.

I had actually forgotten about this order when I was called and it was explained that they weren't happy with the quality of the product that had been provided to them by the supplier and were planning to send a more expensive alternative at no extra charge.
