Superb Customer Service!
If someone was to ask me for a place I could recommend for mounting their work, I would fully recommend Spectrum with out any hesitation or doubts, I have sung their praises to fellow students.
Fantastic communications! They phoned to offer alternative options/services to meet my tight deadline just via the little extra information I gave in the box during the ordering process. They sent an email giving a collection date and also rung to confirm the completion on the day.
They're right next to the railway station which was great as I have to rely on public transport. After being shown the work it was packaged in bubble wrap and given protective corners to prevent any damage during transportation which was a big help. The quality of the finish is also fantastic, I'll defiantly be using the service again for future projects! It felt like a really personal service which has been lost in so many establishments. They really were fabulous to deal with.

Great fast service
I've been printing all my university projects with Spectrum the last two years and I've never been disappointed. The prints are always superb and delivered exactly when I need them, often before the normal turnaround time.

Perfect aluminium mounts, perfect printing, faster then stated delivery Very happy would use again
I chose spectrum as it was considerably cheaper then a similar company I have used before. My prints which were mounted on aluminium arrived perfectly- really well packaged 4 days before it was stated. I'm so happy with them as well as the service and would recommend to anybody and with out doubt chose then again. Thank you Spectrum!

Perfect Prints and Superb Service!
I recently ordered a batch of six large (25 by 30 inches) prints from Spectrum though the online order process, for a University Exhibition I am involved in. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the quality of the prints, the colours have all held and look fantastic! The turnover and service provided is of an excellent quality, the prints arrived relatively quickly and securely packaged to prevent any damage.
My experience with Spectrum has truly been great, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service
I'll definitely use Spectrum again when I need exhibition quality prints made. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was that their online uploader was a little clunky in places (but nothing serious) and that it wasn't possible to see the total price with VAT until right at the end where I was asked to pay, but these are just small quibbles really.

Quality prints, disappointing delivery
The quality of the prints are amazing, but the cost of standard delivery is disappointing. Given the weight of the prints, I think it could be lowered. But the outcome is nevertheless exceptional and i thoroughly recommend Spectrum.

Great Service & Quality!!

Consistently high quality printing to time by friendly accessible staff
I have used Spectrum now on several occasions having decided to end in-house printing. The staff were extremely helpful in setting up, guiding through soft proofing and testing. Print output has been precisely as expected and all orders have been produced within the stated 48hour time frame. I have no hesitation in recommending this company (which I have already done).

Very pleased with the service from Spectrum - their representative guided me as to the most appropriate level of service for my image and were helpful in recommending proof prints as necessary. Delivery was efficient and within the timescales originally quoted and the quality of the end product was excellent.

Simply the best.
I have been shooting stills for twenty plus years and have worked with many labs . None compare with Spectrum.

We always use Spectrum
Friendly, helpful staff with great quality prints at a fair price delivered on time. Postage costs however on the high side and delivery did not go to plan on my last order, but I would highly recommend Spectrum.

Top quality printing with a great range of options.
I have used Spectrum for a few years now and have had a variety of products made over that time. Most of my work is standard prints and they deliver these on time and to the highest standard. Their options for advanced printing and mounting are great and not overpriced. Staff and friendly and efficient too. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great high quality prints. The prints all came in a tube and the items were delivered in perfect condition and great timing.
The website I would say could be a bit more flexible with a cropping facility for example.

Awesome service + product!

The best quality control in the UK
After using a couple of the most nameworthy printers in London, I switched to Spectrum after having to constantly order re-prints because of defects. Spectrum have impressed me time after time - their quality control is first rate. Will always go out of their way to hit deadlines and make you aware of timescales too.

great service but expensive postage
I've been very pleased with the excellent quality of the prints and find the online ordering system relatively easy to use. The prints are well packaged but often postage takes a little longer than I'd hoped given that it can be quite expensive. Overall I think spectrum provide a good service that could only be improved with more competative postage prices.

Ordered prints monday got them Wednesday, slight printing flaw spotted and was sent reprint which arrived Thursday morning. Quality and colours are spot on.

Prints to suit any frame size, and quick service
I had a picture frame with two 4x 4" and six 3x3" spaces. Through spectrum I was able to custom order each individual photo I wanted to use. The ability to use framing top and bottom of two of the prints helped overcome issues with the proportions of the originals so I did not have gaps in the frame. All in all a really good service.
