Great quality and prompt service.
Ordering online was easy and I was pleased with the way the photos turned out - this is the first time I've had any of my photos printed as giclees. Service was prompt and packaging good. I would be happy to recommend to others.

High quality printing by a company that values art and artists
Excellent integration between the online ordering system (which is very easy to use, and has a lot of functionality) and in-person customer service. I've been a customer of Spectrum for a few years now, and I'm always very happy with all the prints they produce for me. Friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly, expert, professional, high quality.
I went to Spectrum to print up 24 pictures for the Brighton Artists Open House. I dealt with Hazel. She was extremely friendly and helpful, giving me advice that ensured my prints were the highest possible quality as well as being very clear on price and timing. The quality was superb and the prints sold very well. I'm delighted! Thanks!

I was very impressed not only with the quality of printing but a vey helpful and friendly team.
I had some reservations as Spectrum are not the cheapest, but was very satisfied with customer service as well as print quality and advice given. The range of products is great and so easy to view on the website. I can't wait to start taking big orders (this is a new venture for me) as I know I won't have any worries when work goes to the lab.

Great Service
I ordered about five prints and mounts from Spectrum. All arrived well packed and a very high quality. Very pleased with end result.
Couple of notes:
- I didn't realise until the last stage of booking that I had to pay £30 for delivery. I thought that was incredibly high and I would like to have known that at an earlier stage.
- I thought the website needed re-jigging slightly. I'm pretty familiar with websites and ordering online, and yet it took me a long time to figure out where I could upload images and submit my order. A big 'Order online now' flagpost on the homepage would make things clearer. Also, too much tech speak - what on earth is a C type print??
Other than those small points, I was really pleased. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent and intuitive
Spectrum are the only and best photo lab for creative people to use. Accessible at all levels their service is unrivalled and I have been using them for over six years.
I have tried other labs and their customer service was extremely poor. One of them being [Link]: they were terrrible!!!
My pieces I have printed with Spectrum have been for galleries and subsquently sold. They have always been flexible and empathic to my needs which can be outlandish, printing a circular print on MDF and converting my terrible file, but I still needed good saturation and image quality, the result i got back was stunning.

Always a good service. I would like to see an easier way to order a batch of photographs ( I.e a group if photo's with the same size, paper and border) . It would also be great to be able to reorder past prints.

First time print - super!
I loved the quality of my print (from a photograph of my painting). It was a one off, so I could see what the quality is like and then go ahead to sell prints from my website. I highly recommend the service and they gave detailed instructions about framing options which was very useful.
I picked my print up, p&p is quite pricey but if there is a higher quantity it would be worth it.

overpriced, average quality
For the price, I was expecting a far more superior quality print. The paper and print is very average and I didn't see any improvement to what other companies offer and who charge a lot less.

Good photographic prints delivered well packaged and on time.
I had been looking for an on-line printer and saw the article in Black and White Photography magazine that reviewed four companies. Spectrum was the second site I tried from the article. I was atracted to the range on papers available and the quality rating. The website was straight forward to use and my order for four prints on three different papers processed. The prints were turned round in forty-eight hours and via recorded delivery received the next day. I am pleased with the results that replicate the colour and image quality I was seeing on my monitor and I am happy to recommend Spectrum to coleagues.

I damaged a precious 20"x16" photo and needed help !!!
This was good experience all round. My nearest Pro Lab closed a few years ago and as this was an important copy of a "damaged" family photo from which a 20" x16" replacement was required a GOOD lab had to be found. I searched the web and found that the Spectrum site was so easy to use and the prices not frightening. I took a chance and was very very pleased with the result, add to that the speed of return and satisfaction was the result and will use them again/

First time I used Spectrum - the service and quality were excellent
This was the first time I used Spectrum and spoke to a technician who gave me very clear advice on how to prepare the images for the paper I chose. I just used the basic online option and the prints were as they looked on my monitor, despite not doing a test print. The prints, on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag, were excellent but needed flattening for a few days. Returned exactly on time.

I used Spectrum's Master Printing service and am 100% happy with the resulting prints, their service, expertise and their customer service. I printed 50 prints for my exhibition and am really delighted with them.
The mastering sessions with Andy, one of Spectrum's master printers were very enjoyable and it helped me view my prints from an outside perspective
I have recommended Spectrum to all of my friends and I will definitely use them again.

Nice canvas but slow service
It took around 10 days from order to delivery but when it arrived I was pleased with the result. An easy to navigate system on the computer to order the canvas but the people who they use to deliver aren't too hot. After chasing them up I was told at 2pm that they would deliver before 4pm. I had to wait until the next morning and had no call to inform me of the delay and I had to chase them up once more before delivery was made.

We are pleased you are happy with the canvas you received. However, we are sorry you are unhappy with the delivery service provided. The standard turn-a-round for a canvas is five working days + delivery - although weekends are not included in this time-frame.
Your order was completed within the required time-frame, but it appears the courier company did not deliver on the date specified by Spectrum. Please be assured we do use a reputable courier company and errors like this are extremely rare. However, thank you for bringing this to Spectrum's attention and we will contact our courier company about this.

pity you are in the UK and not in the Netherlands
Happy to find this company, as giclee prints in holland are still pretty expensive and not as easy to order online. The postage is a bit expensive to the Netherlands, but within a week I received it in good order. Very happy with the quality of the print. Will order here again when needed.

Losing control remotely
There is something unsettling about trusting the production of work to strangers with no control as to outcome particularly when they're geographicallyremote.
The staff were extremely helpful.They patiently and promptly answered my naive enquiries. Uploading work to Spectrum was straightforward and once completed I was kept informed on progress and delivery.The work delivered swiftly and packaged well.
I have mixed feelings about the results, undoubtedly the finish and quality are excellent, but I should have adjusted one image and will need to have it printed again. Next time I will have a proof made. rating: 4.8
