RUBBISH SERVICE: FAILED TO KEEP PROMISE TO CUSTOMER

Goods ordered 10 Jan 2013 I paid £4.99 for next day/24hr delivery. I was told in email to expect delivery 11 Jan 2013. However Goods were not delivered until 16 Jan 2013 an additional Five Days Late. I have send a email to your sales however this has been totally ignored and I have not received a reply. You can expect to see Ebay Negative feedback to reflect very poor the service provided i.e. delivery/ lack of communication as you did not reply to my emails.

Saw these Timberland Earthkeeper boots at a great price and couldn't resist treating myself.
Got plenty of info about delivery, tracking etc and even though it was Christmas holiday they came nice and quickly.

I paid for 24 hour courier, didn't happen, asked for refund and got no response.

Paid for 24 hour delivery on Dec 29th at a cost of £4.99. It said it would be delivered on or before the 2nd Jan. It was a gift for my friends birthday on the 2nd. It didn't arrive so I asked to cancel the order and bought a quick last minute gift somewhere else. The item arrived on the third. I messaged the company three times over four days before getting an answer. They haven't said sorry and i asked for a refund for they haven't answered. I am currently going through paypal to try and get my money back.

Does not use delivery method as stated.

Said they used Royal Mail for delivery however they do not. Take ages to reply to emails. Told your item will be delivered the next day. Confirmed by email and phone. Doesn't arrive until 3 days later. Blame it on the courier that you are told gives a 'superior customer experience' I don't think so. I won't be back.

My order was left in a bin!!

Really happy with the quality of my product and it's the cheapest I have found them however, I did not appreciate the delivery driver leaving my product in the dust bin outside and not even leaving me a note to say he had been or where they were!! I had to phone customer services to find out where my order was as I hadn't heard from them for 12 days. The box was soaking wet from the rain but luckily the boots were not damaged!

Fast postage but wasnt 100% happy.

Bought a pair of trainers as a gift for christmas.. When I buy a new pair of trainers I don't expect to be sat cleaning the bottom of one of them as soon as I take them out of the box!. It looked as if someone had already wore it, fair enough it might of been a display shoe but id at least expect it to be cleaned before it comes it me! The Tags wasn't even attached to the trainers they was just shuved at the bottom of the box! Both laces was done up different. I know the laces aren't a big deal but when it's bought for a gift then you expect to have Them presented nicely. Also didn't reciece an invoice sheet in the bag so couldn't send back.
