Bought a pair of trainers as a gift for christmas.. When I buy a new pair of trainers I don't expect to be sat cleaning the bottom of one of them as soon as I take them out of the box!. It looked as if someone had already wore it, fair enough it might of been a display shoe but id at least expect it to be cleaned before it comes it me! The Tags wasn't even attached to the trainers they was just shuved at the bottom of the box! Both laces was done up different. I know the laces aren't a big deal but when it's bought for a gift then you expect to have Them presented nicely. Also didn't reciece an invoice sheet in the bag so couldn't send back.

I did not do e-bay so was given the shop number to order from them on-line. The lady I spoke to made sure that as I did not do e-bay she would make sure that the boots I wanted were on Sportsmart so I could order on-line from them. Everything was just fantastic, the ordering on-line was so easy and I got an email immediately. Delivery was even better and I received these in just a couple of days, how efficient was that. I was so impressed with this company and the whole process and I got these a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Thank you so much for your time and efficiency - well done!!!!

I ordered some Converse for my daughter's birthday and asked them to be delivered to her, at her university hall of residence in Sheffield. I paid a premium rate for next day delivery so she would have them on her birthday. They were delivered but the receptionist refused to sign for them, so they were taken away. No delivery card was left explaining what to do next, but a note was left on my computer. I tried to fill in the computer form to arrange for next day delivery but the form did not fit my circumstances because I did not have a failed delivery reference number, and I could not find a telephone number anywhere to ask you for advice. I half filled in the form and sent it by mistake, incomplete. I could not get back into the form to finish it properly and I was left not knowing whether the shoes would be delivered or not. In the event, they were - but not in time for the birthday.
A very good website which I will be using.I like the stuff they have and I have had no problems dealing with them.I think it's a very friendly firm and I think people look for a website they can return to over and over again because they are trustworthy.I would recommend.
I have Tried to e-mail email@example.com, no response. I have also tried to contact firstname.lastname@example.org just yesterday 23/09/2012. About returning a pair of trainers purchased on 16/09/2012 via PayPal, and Still I have had no reply. I have asked for my money to be returned again via PayPal. What I need to know is HOW do I return the Trainers I have e-mailed about before.
We had several choices of who we were going to order these trainers from & decided to go with sportsmart......best choice we made, couldn't be happier with the purchase & the service! :)
bought some joggers and had them sent next day delivery, got the joggers n they were 2 small. arranged to get a full refund and spoke on the phone, to my amazment i was give a refund on the joggers and the nxt day delivery, never before have i had bettter service
I just ordered a pair of awesome Nike Air Max Light from Sportsmart and I was surprised how quick they delivered and the trainers were actually super genuine. They came in their original box. I am super happy and I would definitely recommend Sportsmart to other customers.
I ordered my item, got a white screen at the paying point, rang Sportsmart, tried again on their advice, then payment went through.
They sent me two items, i.e my first attempt had gone through- but with no chance to confirm or verify it. Terrible website design.
I do not want two items.
They have not replied to emails, and the phone number is now never answered. Recorded message asking for a security code!
This is dishonest, rude and unethical.
Do not use this company (Paramount Sports; of which Sportsmart is an offshoot.)
