cheaper Vans than anywhere else - quick delivery - real happy : )
Found this website because they were coming up as the cheapest for Vans for my daughter. She has been wearing my converse and they were too small for her. She was desperate for something in a bigger size - luckily SS20 despatched the items real quick and now she has been wearing them to school. No more blisters. The kept me full informed as to progress of my order and will no doubt be back for other things for her upcoming birthday!!!

Very quick delivery.
Needed new axle bolts as another shop had supplied trucks without them. The bolts arrived the next day, I hadn't asked for next day delivery or even ordered it before the cut off time for next day service. Very quick.

Cheap shoes but without box
Delivery was little bit slower but OK. Shoes arrives without box. But price was only 33€.

The best in the game.
I get let down so much by deliveries from all kinds of mail order companies. These guys always deliver quickly, no faffing, rapid notification emails, and at a damn good price. Do the right thing and support a company that's been in British skateboarding for years.

Good prices and friendly service
I was looking for a new snowboard, and shopped around a lot of websites before finding SS20. They had the best price for the board I wanted, and were offering free delivery with a quick delivery time, so I went ahead and purchased. The item was despatched quickly and arrived the next day. I can highly recommend these guys!

Quick delivery just a shame it cost me £8.90 to post a pair of trainers back.
Really speedy delivery kept you in touch by email and text which was great. Only downside was having to pay to return items and it cost me £8.90 to return a pair of trainers and this was the cheapest possible way. So will think twice before ordering again unless it is free postage and returns.

Bigger orders travel in for. But for smaller items get them posted as it's not worth the drive in As stated above the web site is very well setup ordering stuff is a breeze

One of the few companies who's entire purchase experience (in-store and online) is still a pleasure to use. Got a fresh setup ahead of a snowboarding trip a few weeks ago, couldn't have asked for a smoother and more enjoyable experience.
Big respect for the staff there and the level of service. I don't buy anywhere else anymore!

SS20 make the world a brighter place.
Walking into ss20 is like walking into a heaven made as it should be. There ain't no wings and angels, but there are boards and dudes. The staff are like family, and make you feel like part of that family. Yeah, I quite like the place.

Great service and prices, never had a bad experience. Everything has arrived on time and exactly how it should be. Although a relatively new customer in the grand scheme of things I have made quite a number of purchase due to the shop being so competively priced. The only thing I would ask for is to lower there free purchase bracket for how much u have to spend in order to obtain the deal.
