Starzmart has a very poor customer service and no tracking of their shipment.
After 3 months they still don't have any idea where is my purchase and refuse to reimburse.
Run away! Try instead Alibaba or AliExpress who are much more reliable.
The company sells garbage. I ordered a vibro shape belt. I used it 5 times and that's it, stopped working. The price was $88. I sent an email to the company and received a response that I got a very good deal for that price. Right, piece of garbage I got for that price, which will go in the recycling box.
Jesse at Starzmart said that they would send me a duplicate payment processed in December within 2 weeks. It is now three months later and I have still not been refunded. I asked for the transaction details to follow up on the outstanding amount and Jesse says that he cant give it to me as he does not have access. The amount has clearly not been processed yet.
I ordered a Android tablet 4 months ago, it does not work, i requested exchange or refund immediately after received the products. They still have no solution so far. They just don't reply my email, or told me, "keep the product, we will give you $5 discount for the next purchase". This is absolutely nonsense, i received a fault product without help, will never buy again from Starzmart.
This company stole £40 of my money. The confirmation of payment page does not load when you confirm purchase (loads a page which says 'pop, there was an error!" and no confirmation email was sent. I assumed this was a problem with their website, but have just found out they they have taken payment. Very angry. Am trying to get my bank to reverse payment. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
