Looks good, works fine but customer service could be better
Bought myself via Ebay this black Brompton Stolen Goat Lightskin seatpost. Took a bit to receive in Barcelona, Spain if I had not written for a request about the shipping info, I would have been left in the dark and no shipping info was indicated through Ebay so that is a small point that could improve, simply inform customers through the selling page of shipping info or automatically via mail.
Have not yet tested the seatpost for continious use but looks nice and the light is quiet bright. Is it worth its price, hm.. too soon to decide.

Hello there Jorge, thanks for your feedback and indeed your order. I am thoroughly sorry that you are clearly not satisfied with your experience.
I would like to explain that whilst you purchased an item via ebay rather than the website - we like to treat all our customers exactly the same no matter which channel they use. This means that you get a great product at a great price and means that your item is shipped the very same working day and you receive a confirmation via email that the order has been sent. You also receive first class postage.
I am fully aware that some ebayers prefer to be notified via the ebay messaging system but we don't have the resources to do both yet. We are working on that. But the important thing is that you received a notification (via email) to let you know it was on the way. In much the same way, we also give you the chance to review us via this Trustpilot service as well as via the ebay feedback service.
Your package was dispatched straight away and you received it in Spain just 8 days later. I think that is acceptable given there was a weekend in the middle and most ebay sellers take 2-3 days to despatch something!
Regarding the tracking that you had to request... the postage you paid for via ebay was "International Signed For". There is no tracking with this service, Signed For means I can find out when the customer has signed for it the other end. But sometimes we like to add an extra level of trackability for our own benefit as much as yours. As we did with your parcel, that is why I was able to give you tracking information when you asked for it. To mark us down for that is a little harsh perhaps, but you are entitled to your opinion.
We will continue to work on our process, we are still a very new company and so there is still plenty of refinement to be done. I hope you will try us again someday. Many thanks
