Bestilte en bærbar d. 11/10-2013 hvor leveringsdatoen var opgivet til d. 28/29 okt.
Hver gang når vi nærmere os leveringsdatoen modtager jeg en ny mail hvor de rykker leveringsdatoen med en uge ad gangen!! Det har de gjort fire gange nu, så der er gået en måned ekstra.. Jeg annullere ordren og bestiller ved en producent der er mere seriøs!
I have a desktop that is 10 years old and still runs great. Only replaced the hard drive once, and upgraded the RAM. Sony electronics are NOT the same as these cheap knockoff brands. Sony electronics are reliable for many years. I've owned Sony TVs, digital music players, amplifiers, blu ray players, video cameras, etc. Everything still works, it only becomes obsolete. Sony may cost more than the cheap come latelies but it's worth it !
Have always liked Sony as a brand, but have had problems with a 65" Television where shadow bands appear on the screen, Sony denies there is a problem even though videos are on Youtube, repair engineers admit to the problem and I have provided Sony with photographic evidence. There is no published telephone number to ring only email and I have the feeling these are going to India. Very poor customer service, keep this up and Sony will go the same way as Comet
impossible d'avoir un conseiller digne de ce nom suite à un refus de garantie d'un ordi portable de 6 mois cause l'ecran n est pas pris en garantie malgré l absence de choc et refus de geste commercial si je reprenais un ordi nos interlocuteurs sont sur des plateformes tel je pense à l' autre bout du monde et en plus j'ai du payer 140€ pour le devis qui lui etait superieur au prix d'achat,etant detenteur de plusieurs appareils sony je m'attendais à un peu plus d'attention de leur part,il vienne de perdre un client mais apparemment cela ne les derange pas.Réfléchissait à deux fois avant de choisir sony
I bought a Sony Vaio for 700 pounds or so, around four years ago. Most computers seem to get very laggy after a period of two years or so, but not my computer. Still running very smoothly.
I've only had one problem with the laptop and I think it was with the casing. This was during the warranty period. they picked up the laptop from my house, fixed it for free and dropped it back again in three days. It was amazing service.
I bought a very expensive SONY VAIO laptop for just over £2000.
After 6 months of normal use I started getting difficulties to get it to charge so eventually I called up the support and they asked me if I could see a plastic bit sticking out in the hole where you stick the power plug and I it wasnt there so I said no.
They then straight away said that was a physical damage (obviously) and wasn't covered by warranty and would cost almost £400 to get fixed.
I have definitely not been reckless with my laptop. Apparently this is a common problem due to the poor design of the power connector.
I will never buy Sony products again and I would advice others not to either.
Bought one of these about ten years ago so have had plenty of time to review.
Product was initially good, but it went wrong after 5.5 years and we had to send it back for a fixed price repair at £70.
They repaired and returned it but it developed the same fault 4 months later after less than an hour of use. Initially they wanted another £70 to repair but we sent it in and they diagnosed that the initial repair was incorrectly diagnosed adn after a lot of fuss they fixed it free.
It took a lot of time and we spoke to the head of customer compaints in Wales.
Up to this point they we not interested at all.
I used to buy Sony all the time but not any more. this is the fifth expensive Sony item I have bought and they have all gone wrong with the exception of the Trinitron TV which is still going striong after 20 years.
the rest all went wrong in around 3 to 5 years and were uneconomical to fix.
Not what you expect from a company that charges a premium for its products.
