Excellent service
I spent a lot of time researching online companies from which to purchase my Canon EOS 7D and EF 24-105mm L USM lens. Considering the large financial outlay I wanted to make sure I was buying from a reputable company. I found other companies with marginally cheaper prices but they all looked dodgy and suspicious (online reviews of them were not convincing and many people expressed concern).
Eventually I found HDEW Cameras and after a little online research discovered there were many other satisfied customers so I took the plunge.
I was very impressed with the service. I was able to call into their offices in Surrey and the service and help was exceptional. I even got a callback from Shaun once my items were dispatched.
I would highly recommend HDEW Cameras and will certainly be purchasing more camera equipment from them in the future.
Price wise they are exceptionally competitive but the excellent customer service and the fact that there is a number I can call and a human I can speak to tipped the scales for me.
