The Best service out there

I've been using them for over three years now, and their coverage, service, and price is better than any other provider out there. They use all the other service providers for service, so you get all of the best wrapped up in one low price.
They are growing rapidly with there services and their online page is the best!

Overnight shipping??

I purchased 3 phones from their site and requested overnight shipping. The next day it still showed processing. I called and spent over 20 minutes on hold only to be told that my order "might" have shipped but they couldn't tell. The next day it still showed processing, called again, waited on hold again only to be told the same thing. Might have shipped. Now to the 4th day, still no phone. My wife calls and they say that they haven't shipped, so she asks them to cancel and is told no. We had to wait 2 more days for the order to show up so we could refuse the shipment.

All in all, 6 days and almost 2 hours on the phone for a simple transaction. I'd never use them again.
