Exactly as promised
Easy ordering process, cheaper than everywhere else and had items in stock. Delivered next working day before the deadline they had set, brilliant service and good communications

Still awaiting delivery after a week.
Not impressed with the service at all. Delivery in this day and age should be quick. I will not be ourchasing any items from this company again.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are experiencing delays with your delivery.
Your order was placed on the 2nd May at 19.22pm and therefore dispatched the next day on the 3rd May.
You selected the free super saver delivery option which is a 2nd class service and we ask to allow 2-5 days for receipt as stated on our website.
As of today this has been 4 working days. However, if your order has not been received by Monday, please contact us at sales@strawberryblushes.co.uk and we will investigate and resend if necessary.

One of the best sites in the category
Variety of produts are available on the site. The prices are very reasonable. Live chat support is really helpful and delivery is reasonable too. Me and my girlfriend will be coming back for more. Hopefully there will be more product reviews and blog entries on more good stuffs soon.

Expect great website, exceptional service, and reasonable prices.
Firstly, the website is great; its not tacky, indeed far from it, which many including myself would find non intimidating or cringeworthy like so many of these sites are; a lot of sites make you feel as though you can never live up to the blonde busty lady shown in various positions on the site in the bedroom department; inadequate right from the beginning in other words ! I felt the site treated me exactly as I wanted to be treated, an adult looking to spice up her love love. The service is exceptional, and I do mean that. My first order was sent out with the wrong product enclosed, I received a phone call just an hour later with a lovely apology and I received the right item the very next morning, enclosed also were some very nice gifts by another way of an apology, the company paid for the other item to be returned to them, If you, like me are an 'intelligent adult' and are looking for a non threatening, non intimidating site, yet still it looks fantastic, and expect to be treated like a frequent purchaser from your very first order, buy here ! Dont take my word for it, go on line and compare strawberry blushes site with others and see the tacky, porno sites they offer you when you just want to be treated like the adult you are without feeling like a pervert or a naughty schoolgirl or boy...

Excellent product even better product aftercare!
I was vey sceptical about buying the pump like anyone would be really. I thought id treat my self what have I got to loose. This is my first pump but you can tell its been made properly, Unboxing it I was very excited. I tried it even with no water I couldn't believe it.
Straight into the shower and tried it out, Its best to start of slow to get used to it and make sure to keep your balls clear!
I had a problem with the suction after a few days but it was quickly resolved.... no need for a new pump or valve.
Text book review I know but honestly your missing out on some good fun, next week ill start seriously to record the gains!!

I have been looking into your order and your review and just wanted to look into this further.
Having seen your review we wanted to check our system and our stock levels, as we were concerned to see that you didn’t receive the colour you had hoped for. We have since looked into your order, and found that the colour specified on your order was red and not the clear as stated in your review. I just wanted to check whether there was some sort of fault in the system, or whether there has been some sort of misunderstanding. The review said that you had ordered a clear, and that you received a red, but according to your order on the system and in your confirmation email states that the colour ordered was red. We just wanted to check whether this was an accident, or whether there is some fault in our system that we need to look into on behalf of you and any other customers who could find this to be a problem in the future.
If the item is unussed and unopened then we will be happy to exchange this for a clear for you, however if the item has already been used then I'm afraid we cannot offer you an exchange.
If you could come back to us, so that we can ensure that this error doesn’t occur again then this would be greatly appreciated. We appreciate and take seriously all feedback we receive and are keen to resolve any issues for you.

Original order was damaged (box) by the delivery driver.
SB were very quick to rectify the matter, apologising and sending a replacement out the same day as reporting it.
The original item was returned via their free post service.
Thorough communication throughout each stage.
The whole matter was rectified quickly and with ease meaning that the birthday gift was neatly wrapped in good time.

A good little purchase. Initially we didn't think the velcro cuffs would be strong enough in case things got a bit intense, but they held up nicely.

Great customer care
Having placed my order & left 'in case I'm not in' instructions I was surprised to get a call from Strawberry Blushes. They explained that as they don't use Royal Mail, my plan wouldn't work. The caller had taken the trouble to check my address against the delivery depot base & realized they were 100 miles apart. She suggested that the delivery be made to my the address where I worked and the package was delivered the next day. I can't say how much I appreciated the call & the thought behind it. The product was excellent too. First class all round. Thanks very much
