I have been looking into your order and your review and just wanted to look into this further.
Having seen your review we wanted to check our system and our stock levels, as we were concerned to see that you didn’t receive the colour you had hoped for. We have since looked into your order, and found that the colour specified on your order was red and not the clear as stated in your review. I just wanted to check whether there was some sort of fault in the system, or whether there has been some sort of misunderstanding. The review said that you had ordered a clear, and that you received a red, but according to your order on the system and in your confirmation email states that the colour ordered was red. We just wanted to check whether this was an accident, or whether there is some fault in our system that we need to look into on behalf of you and any other customers who could find this to be a problem in the future.
If the item is unussed and unopened then we will be happy to exchange this for a clear for you, however if the item has already been used then I'm afraid we cannot offer you an exchange.
