A brilliant start and end to our holiday

Our car was booked in for 10.30am but we were late having been held up in motorway traffic. The 'greeter' was unfazed by this he was helpful,charming and courteous. As soon as we arrived back in the u.k we phoned and the car was there to meet us. All completely hassel free, brilliant.

The best parking I have ever had

I used Stress Free Parking recently at Birmingham Airport. The service is excellent and much better than the car parks which are an pain particularly if you have luggage. The instructions are simple and everything worked exactly as they said it would.!!

I will use this Company next time and look for them on the net if I use a different airport

I could not fault the service, it very efficient and like the company`s name it was STRESSFREE. Would most definately use again and recommend to all.

StressFree???

whilst the experience was generally trouble free, ie I dropped my car off and picked it up with no problems. When dropping the car off I would have liked a receipt card to give some piece of mind, also on return for key collection in the shortstay carpark the attendant failed to ask for any form of identification - a receipt card from drop-off would suffice! I could of literally chosen any car from his collection of keys.

It's in the name it is stress free

Easy enough and a fair price I did have a discount code and don't need to worry about car while your away as its in a secure car park

Does what it says on the tin! Very courteous even remembered to ask our kids how they enjoyed Disney!

Prompt, friendly, helpful, decent price. What more could you ask for?

Very efficient service on departure and arrival, but the car when it was returned looked like it had been driven through a farmyard, as it was covered in mud. I spent several hours the next day cleaning it. I would expect to get the car back in roughly the same state as I left it.

What a professional and brilliant service!

This service was fantastic. It was our first experience of meet and greet so didn't know what to expect. There were more expensive companies so we were a little apprehensive. The service was so professional and no waiting. I cannot praise them enough and will use every time now. In the past we have paid more for park and ride.

Drop-off fine.... pick up not-so

Drop off was great. Called them 20 minutes before as per instructions, and driver was there to meet us.
Collecting car not as easy. Called when first suitcases started to appear on the conveyor belt ... was told quite briskly to phone back when we've got our suitcase. When it did arrive (2 minutes later!) was then told that we would have up to 20 minute wait for the car. Unacceptable!! Yes, I can see that pick up is less accurate than drop off, as everyone is in the hands of the baggage handlers, but one of the parties invariably has to wait. Why it should be the customer I cannot see.
I shall not be using this company again. I would rather face the (known) inconvenience of walking to-from car park than enduring a frustrating wait for my car to be delivered.

Excellent and friendly service

I found the service excealnt they phoned to check that everything was ok about an hour before we arrived and give us more details on we're to meet them. The gentleman that met us very efficant and friendly. On return the service was good the even give the car a wash as there was some mess from birds. Very happy and would use again.

Smooth, efficient and safe

The driver was there to pick up and drop off the car with ease - no waiting even after running late and then a one hour delay. My future valet service needs are all set.

On time, polite and efficient

The service was an excellent start and end to our holiday. Pick up and drop off was on time and the drivers very polite. Matched with a good price, I will be happy to use this service again

Easy Park

We had early flight on Saturday morning.We don't a bus transfer from the car park.
Only 2 minutes walk from the departures.The gate recognise the licence plate and opened the gate.Very easy and easy than :meet and greet" which other companies offer.

Spot on!

Couldn't have been easier.
The man picking up my car was there when we arrived, no problems.
When we came back we followed the instructions and called at the suggested time. Had to wait about 5 minutes but that was only because we made it through baggage collection and customs in about 10 minutes flat!
Definitely recommend this, cheaper than getting the train and you get the comfort of your own car waiting for you!

Get to airport and get rid of the car

Stress free parking at Birmingham airport is an excellent service and cost effective. We just arrived and a courteous staff member quickly enabled us to leave the car with him.when we arrived back, a simple phone call when we collected our baggage meant that the car was available and waiting for us to collect.

good service but apalling directions

I had excellent service when I arrived and by phone before arrival in both directions. However the directions sent with the booking sent me to the wrong car park at Southampton Airport / Railway station for delivering the car. These must be changed immediately. I did not get any confidence when I gave this message verbally that it would be actrioned straight away as it was someone else's problem.

But thank you for the otherwise good service and the ability to feedback this problem that you have.

Meteor more like snail collect and return!

My flight landed 40 minutes early, so I called straight away to have my car dropped off ASAP as I had no baggage to collect. I was told this would be done and the driver should be no more than five minutes... This was at 17:20pm. So me and my freinds made our way to the drop off point, we were there for 17:30, no sign of driver. At 17:35 I called meteor and was told there is a delay as there is a police hold up whilst arriving to the car park and the driver shouldn't be too long... So I waited.... It is now 17:50 I called again and was outstanded to be told that there was an error and my vehicle only just left the car pound! I was told as the pound was close the driver should be no more than 5-10 mins... At this point not only were me and my fellow three freinds annoyed but very angry! It's the last thing you need having paid a premium to have a better level of service! The driver eventually showed up at 18:30 that's one hour and 10 minutes after I initially requested for my car to be dropped off... I did not get an apology from your driver, to be fair I wasn't expecting it after such a shambolic experience. When I asked the driver why it took so long he replied it was due to the police hold up and did not mention anything about my car not leaving the pound when I told it was! Further more I was disgusted when I opened my door to see my driver seat front mat and pedals to be covered in mud, by this point I wondered if this was really happening or just a horrible dream! Your driver could clearly see the disgust on my face, but all he could say to me was "I will meet you at the exit to let you out".

Finally I thought I was out and my anger had dipped slightly... Until we saw the so called "police hold up" which consisted merely of around 3-5 vehicles and the hold ups barely lasted for a few minutes at most!

As a frequent flyer Never will I be using meteor again, nor will I be recommending my freinds and family!

It does look at though the police hold up, and the fact that you arrived early, may have caused operational problems whilst returning your car? Unforeseen circumstances can arise and can cause operational problems. However, I agree that the operator on the phone should have informed you how long it would take to bring the car back. We’ll also investigate why the car was dirty. We’ve logged your complaint with Meteor and will report back to you directly when the site manager has got back to us.

Service was great but my car should have been parked somewhere different!

As stated the service was good, considering the return time of our flight, but unfortunately, the rear end of my car was covered in bird droppings - I have never seen anything like it before and even though I had the car washed the following morning, there are still some stains which may or may not come off. I will not be using this service in future without some assurance that this will not happen again.

It would be impossible to protect your car from bird droppings. The parking isn’t undercover. I will raise the issue with the site manager at Meteor parking, and see if they will be happy to pay for a valet on your car, however, I can't promise anything.

Very poor service!

They lost our car keys, were 40 mins late to take us home in a taxi as the car keys were missing. I did not revive my car back until the following evening with no fule in it after being promised a full tank in compensation. Still ongoing compliant. Do not recommend!

Super Smashy Nicey

The service we recieved was just as we expected, we arrived at the port took our car to the drop of point where we were meet by a very helpfull driver, upon our return our car was awaiting us. Would recommend to anyone

Hooked on Stress Free Meet and Greet

I've been using Stress Free Meet and Greet for a few years. I love being able to drive into the car park after driving for a couple of hours and having my car collected within walking distance of the airport terminal. I don't think there's anything worse than having to park up some miles away, loading my cases onto a bus, travelling the distance to the terminal, and then unloading cases again to walk to the terminal.
I usually travel on Long Haul Flights and after a journey from Australia of 27 hours, with stops in Dubai and Singapore, I can't think of anything worse than prolonging the experience by having to travel on a service bus to retrieve my car to start the drive home. For me, there's nothing better than making a phone call when I've collected my cases from the carousel, walking the short distance to the meeting point, and seeing my car arriving as I walk across the car park.
I know that you pay a little more for the service, but I definitely won't use anything else and recommend it to anybody. I think once you've tried it you'll be hooked.

The company met is at the airport at the agreed time

They agree to wash the car for us while we were away which was good.

They met us exactly as we exited the airport building on the return. Can't get better service that this

good , easy drop off

easy drop off. we got there earlier than the time i told them when made booking and it was no problem. pick up-couldnt easily find the car on pick up. was told at drop off that ill be picked up at same place. was told at pick up that it was a different place. had to walk around to find it. would be better if pick up was at pick up area which is right outside the terminal, it was at drop off area which was a walk away.

Appalling service

Do not use this service! We arrived back at midnight! Couldn't get through on any of the numbers and when we eventually did ( about 15 minutes later) were told by a very rude and unhelpful man that our car would be half an hour! It took an hour as did lots of other people's cars who were also waiting!!
More like stressful parking!

Great service, definitely will use again!

We arrived earlier at the airport than expected and it was not an issue for them to arrange to pick our car up earlier. We had luggage issues when we landed back in the UK and they were very accommodating with this delay. Really good company and would recommend.

Very quick and no hassle

Arrived at Car park and we handed the reservation number in, put the cases on the bus and were at the terminal building in 2 minutes, no hassle at all, on the return, there was no need to ring as bus was already there waiting, within 5 minutes we wer back onthe motorway back home.

PROMPT EFFICENT SERVICE

DECIDED TO GIVE THIS METHOD OF AIRPORT PARKING A GO.
YOU JUST DROP YOUR CAR STRAIGHT OUTSIDE DEPARTURES AND A CHEERFUL GENTLEMAN HELPS YOU OUT WITH YOUR LUGGAGE AND DRIVES YOUR CAR TO A SAFE PARKING PLOT.
GREAT NO HASSLE WITH TRANSFER BUSES OR IRRITATING OTHER PASSENGERS.

Worked well

Would have been better if the guy had given clearer instructions when I rand to say I was 20 minutes away. At Manchester Terminal 1 you have to go up a ramp on the left hand side & he didn't make that clear - now I know it'll be ok for the future.

Smooth.

No problems, and cheaper than a taxi to and from the airport.

Absolutely brilliant, would thoroughly recommend them.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The chauffeur was on time, no waiting around, he was polite and couteous. I would highly recommend this as a stress free part of your holiday.
