Customers come first

It was the first time using this car park. We were very impressed and will be using it from now on. They took our suit cases from us and loaded then onto the bus. On our arrival back gave us clear instructions where to meet took our cases then when we got to the car park they had our car key in the ignition and the boot was open ready to put luggage in. Could not fault the service.

Easiest airport parking

After experiencing Stress Free Parking I won't use any other airport parking!

Worth a Try it is Stress Free

Great drove to the docks and the car was parked without all the expense of dockside parking fee and on return collected the car from the docks. The only problem was where to go on the docks to collect the car when we disembarked - could have done with a representative at the terminal with a sign to inform us where to get the car from - otherwise a very good service.

an accident can happen but an embarrassing cover up is insulting

I arrived back from Ancona on l0th May. After telephoning my arrival I went to the blue car park as instructed to collect my car. I waited so long that I eventually telephoned again to confirm that I was waiting in the right place. I was told I was and that my car should have been back with me for some time. Eventually the car arrived and was et because it had obviously been hosed. The driver, in a completely unconvincing way, ,told me, "your car was dirty sir, and I didn't want to bring it to you like that." I didnt like the feeling that I had. My car had clearly not been cleaned merely sprayed.
Some 24 hours later I noticed that one alloy wheel had been very badly damaged. Now I realise why the car was wet. Accidents can happen, the cover up was insulting.

Brilliant!

I was hoping for a stressfree experience and I got it. The man who met me on arrival at Stansted was super - friendly and kind. When I got back, it was pouring with rain, and the guy who brought my car (10 mins wait) was not the cheerfullest chap - but who could blame him?
I will do this again, and would recommend the service.

Really great service, no hassle what so ever. Made the phone call 15mins from the airport and when we arrived the driver was there waiting to collect our car. Within minutes the handover was done and we were checking in our language. On arrival back in Manchester once we had collected our bags n cleared passport control we made our call and when we arrived outside the car was there within minutes. The driver was a nice and friendly guy and got us on our way asap both ways. I would use this service ever time we travel.

As per the instructions given we phoned about 15 minutes before arrival at the airport. The collection guy was there ready to meet us as we pulled up. On return we phoned after collecting luggage, walked outside, waiting for about 2 minutes and then saw my car pull up.

Price very competitive. Much more convenient and not much more expensive that parking in car park far away and being bussed to the airport with luggage. Why put yourself through it!

Staff were polite and overall I was fairly satisfied with the service received, however, it took too long for staff to pick up the phone and I had to try so many times before I finally got through. Staff were also not very helpful when it came to getting directions to getting to pick up point as it was the first time I used this service.

No Fuss No Problems Easy to use

You should try this meet and greet parking service at Stansted . Its dead easy to use and you will be met in the short stay car park right next to the terminal and your car will be brought back to the same place when you get back all at a great price

Deffinatly stresses free

Never used meet and greet before too expensive, this one was cheaper than waiting in cold and rain for bus!! Really nice people and all worked like clockwork, go for it

Parking made easy!

On arriving at Ocean Terminal - dropped off luggage and drove across the road, to the short stay car park, to hand car over to waiting Stress Free Parking staff. It was harder getting through Southampton, than handing the car over!

On arriving back at Mayflower Terminal, again walked short distance to car park - keys were waiting for us and car ready to go. M27 is a short easy distance and much more convenient than going through Southampton its self.

Would definitely use Stress Free Parking Again if we sail from Southampton.

Kinda ok

Process worked OK, but driver delivering vehicle back was an idiot. He drove at night with only side lights getting beeped by other drivers on the road. Also really annoyed by £2 charge to get out of the drop off zone, we only had euros and it was a complete faff... Just add it to the cost of the parking!!!

BLISSFUL!!

We arrived abit early at Heathrow Terminal 5 but within minutes our car had been taken off our hands and on our return, although we arrived early and did not phone, our car was already waiting for us. could not have been easier. it made for a stress free return especially after 24 hours of non stop travelling. Thank you

bloody brilliant

it took the another hassle out of the journey for us, we went straight to terminal and didn'thave to mess about with buses and humping bags around

Easy to book and good value for money

No problems with booking and customer service very helpful when I deleted my email by mistake and lost my code. No complaints at all and would recommend to anyone

Nearly stress free!!

We were given a contact number to call when we were twenty minutes from the airport to get instructions of where to park but it was on voice mail. We tried again a few minutes later and same again so left a message. As we were getting even closer we had to try again and were answered. Advised we had left a message and was told not able to get to that!! We were then given instructions where to wait for a Chauffeur, he was not waiting we waited about eight minutes for him. Otherwise stress free.

Good service but lack of representation by persons collecting your car !!

Persons collecting and delivering your car did not make it known who they were we had to ask, we thought they were security from the hotel same on collection of vehicle, not as professional as Meet & Greet we have previously used at other airports :-(

Stress Free should mean First Class

When using the stress free companty for the meet and greet, it did not start well by having to wait for some one to come along and book the car in. Next time i will ensure it is stress free by booking a different company!

Service with a Smile

We were meet with a smile at Manchester Airport and seen on our way, upon return again we were met with a smile and chatt. Would recommend to anyone, have used them before and will again.

GREAT SERVICE FOR A FAMILY!!!

I found the service professional and efficient. The car was collected at the terminal within 5 minutes of arrival without any issues and returned within 5 minutes of arriving back at Manchester in the same location I dropped it off. An excellent service that is very well priced and something I will definitely use again.

easier than park + ride !!

Driver waiting for us at the airport drop-off point to take the car from us, very courteous and smart. Enabled us to go straight to departures. On ourreturn to the UK we phoned once ohaving disembarked and them again when the baggage had been collected, Although the plane was diverted to the alternate terminal at the airport this did not appear to cause any hassle with StressFreeParking.

Disappointed as had to wait 20 mins on return journey - Manchester

We have used stress free parking many times at Manchester and always had a good service with no waiting around either outward or return journey.
We arrived half an hour earlier than booked in on our outward journey, but did call as instructed to let them know half an hour before our arrival. We were told that we would have to wait until the pick up time booked as they had no drivers available - no real complaint as we were before the booked in time. However, when using them before they have been flexible and we have never been waiting more than 5 mins (waited 30 mins).
On return we rang when we had collected our bags and were told we would need to wait 20 mins which we did. It seems like its not as well organised as it once was and they are happy to take your money even when they haven't got enough staff to accommodate the travel times or volume of customers - if I had been informed of this when I booked, I would have checked out another company. I didn't expect any delays as we had never had a problem before, the time of year was not a busy time and the travel times were not during peak / business hours.
We are travelling again in the summer in the kids school holidays and based on this experience we will try another operator to compare the service levels.

Efficient and reliable, lived up to their name for a stress free process to start the holiday.

Collection of the car was carried out efficiently and quickly.and the driver was waiting for us. Hand over was quick which allowed us to start the holiday straight away.
On return after informing them we had landed we only waited a short time before the car arrived and again the hand over was efficient and easy.
All in all this process takes away the worry of parking and trying to get to and from a car park. This is the second time we have used this service and have been pleased on both occasions by the service.
A very minor point, we did wait for a short time for the car to be delivered, but that was more to the fact that, for once, the luggage collection was exceptionally fast for a change!
