The BEST prices the BEST service across the pond!!!!!!
I will start by mentioning I live in the United States. I happened upon studioxchange.co.uk by chance on eBay. I was looking to upgrade a couple very expensive and specific items. I reached out to Paul for prices and product inquiries. We went back and forth over several months. There was never any pressure to purchase or attitude because I didn't.
Paul checked in just to see how things were going in my new gear journey at the right time. Again, NO pressure. When it came time to pull the plug and drop the load of cash he absolutely blew me away with the price. My first purchase was ADAM S3X-H studio monitors ($7500.00 in the States). No one in the US could even touch the price. My concerns were shipping and quality of product delivery. I can honestly say I am blown away!
Not only did they ship the 100 lbs of speakers via FedEx 3 day service to meet my schedule, the product was NEW IN THE BOX!
I was burned a while ago by another UK website StudioproUK.co.uk to the tune of 6K US funds. Took me several months to get my money back thru PayPal. So I obviously had my reservations. Paul assured me the products were brand new and that they were, in fact, the largest ADAM dealer in the UK. He even sent me an order memo direct from ADAM as proof! Stusioxchange.co.uk is without a doubt one of the best experiences in buying gear on the planet. I will continue to order my studio needs from Paul and Richard, as well as, turn my studio friends onto their services. Let's just say even with shipping I saved over $2000.00!
I am very happy obviously. Don't hesitate to order ANYTHING you find on their site and if you don't see it, ASK because 9/10 they can get it and beat any US or UK price.

Best Prices, Best Products, Best Service run by Industry Pros.
Studioxchange have been first class throughout the process of designing my studio, providing the gear and setting it up.
Their after sales service is second to none. They are always ready to answer questions on the end of the phone.
I now have the tools to create any sound that I can conceive.
It is great to know that I have the best gear available and Studioxchange are at the fore-front of the industry with all of the latest products as well as all of the classics by Neve, Univeral Audio, Chandler, SSL etc.

Quick turnaround, great service

Spend some time, not a fortune
After several unhelpful, generally frustrating and fruitless dealings with two 'music' stores trying to buy an orange amp I was incredibly relieved to finally find a store that not only understood what I was looking for but also advised me on what to buy for what was suitable for my needs rather than theirs and astonishingly saving me money in the process rather than trying to extort it from me, a refreshing change and highly recommendable.

Friendly, helpful, great Service and more importantly...Honest!
Asking advice and an honest opinion from these guys is never a problem, something that often is sidelined by so many others just for a quick sale! This is just one of the reasons i use them when purchasing the important equipment for my studio. The advice seems also to be from personal experience rather than what the "industry" says which is refreshing!

Unbeatable service.

Great service!
Getting to know these guys too well and its starting to cost me too much money :-) That said their prices are keen and they offer a great service too - one of my purchases was even hand delivered! Their knowledge and advise is great and they are keen to help out whenever they can. I can certainly recommend them to anyone who either knows what they want or wants some help in making a decision.

Not only do the guys at Studioxchange know all about what they're selling, they know how to offer the best customer service at the most competitive price possible - Seriously good value prices. Their part-exchange trade-in offers are great when you don't want the hassle or insecurity of internet auctioning and ex-demo stock they hold may as well be brand new it's in such good condition. Each and every time I've bought or exchanged with SX I've come away feeling as though I've gotten a great deal which is the reason I'll continue to go back again and again.
