Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered the 'Britney Dress' which cost £110 and it did not arrive after 2/3 weeks even when it was stated in the 'next day delivery section'. when i finally had received the dress, it was poorly made, and didn't even cover the chest area which would of made it completely unwearable and unfit for purpose. When explaining this to company through email, they stated that i was not allowed a return as it had passed the 7 day period and could only offer an exchange but will make the postage of the new dress free as a good will gesture. I was unhappy that i could not get my money back but i went ahead with the exchange as i did not want to cause a fuss. So i chose another dress that i liked of the same value on their website. After stating the one i liked, they said i was not allowed any of the dresses on the full product range and had to specifically chose one from the 'next day delivery section' which had only a small range of dresses and only a few in my actual size and had none to my liking and would even consider purchasing. After debating with the company through several emails trying to exchange the dress for one that i actually even liked, it was refused and my last email wasn't even replied to. after emailing them again, they stated that they had in fact replied when they didn't. I eventually gave in and chose a dress but then was told to pay the postage which they said they would paid for, but again with the hassle i already had i just paid it. It has now been over MONTH AND I STILL NOT HAVE RECEIVED THE DRESS. I had emailed them asking where my order is and have even contacted them through their website and still received no reply and it has been over 20 days. I have even tried ringing them on several occasions but they do not pick up the phone even though their website specifically states 'available calling hours are between 10am-6pm'. So they have taken my money refuse to contact me in my queries and are nowhere to be found. They simply do not care about their customers and I am deeply upset and if i still do not reach them, I will take the matter further.
I bought a dress online for £110 i was really excited about receiving it and wearing it to a friend’s birthday celebrations, it said it would arrive within 3 days, after a week I hadn’t received it so I emailed them (they are in China so you can’t call them). Customer services were rather short and said it had been delivered. I hadn’t received it and I live on my own so asked who had signed for it, they couldn’t tell me, they just insisted that it had been signed for. After sending over 15 emails and calling the couriers MYSELF I discovered it had been delivered to the wrong address, after informing Style Me Celeb of this they still wouldn’t refund me. They insisted on sending me another dress and then I had to PAY to post it back before they would refund me for the dress they WONT refund me for the postage. I needed the dress three weeks ago so I have gone out and bought something else in that time.
I still have not received any money back and it’s been a month, i am so disappointed and the customer services really couldn’t care less. In my opinion buying clothes should be an enjoyable experience and it is when shopping online with Topshop, ASOS, Reiss, House of Fraser, Mulberry etc this experience was in no way enjoyable and Style Me Celeb aren’t in the slightest bit bothered. Avoid buying from this company if something goes wrong they won’t sort it out
