Excellent....although always room for improvement

The website can appear alittle cluttered which makes it difficult to find collections. The site could also be alittle brighter and send more emails with offers etc for loyal customers. The customer service is very good and when contacted you recieve a reply very quickly. The quality of the products are excellent and are very good value for money. I think that the introduction of the sale area of the website is very good.

I have been a customer since the website began and was a loyal member, signed up to purchase every month. I do think that the option to opt out of this was a very smart move by Stylist Pick. I do think that the blog part of the site could be updated and more style tips included.

Overall, i love this website and would recomend it to my friends.

I honestly love this site- my favourtie handbags are all from here and I'm utterly in love with the shoes. Seriously fashionable- classy site

The service is good but would be happier if the quality was higher

most of the shoes and boots are comfy so I'm happy - even the really high heels.

Feedback for better shoes in the future:

Would be better if a few more were made from leather rather than fake fabrics.

The insides of the shoes need a bit of testing to improve design, eg on a recent pair of ankle boots there is a ribbon where the heel goes and by the end of a day wearing them this has worked its way down the shoe leaving your tights stuck to the insole.

Provides with elegant designs. Number of choices just nice, not too many but sufficient. It's my favorite online store.

Love Stylist and could not be without them!

I love Stylist as everything is always so on trend but I never find that my friends have the same thing. Have some really unique pieces and it is very well priced with a very fair rewards system.

great quality

I love the new monthly showroom specific to my style. Also that i can browse all the items because sometimes i want something a bit different from my usual style. But the thing i like the most is the style points. the more i spend the more i earn, which has recently earnt me a great pair of snow boots, just in time aswel x :)

Loved all of the items I have purchased!

Great products and at a reasonable price, I have bought clothes, bags, shoes and jewellery from stylist pick now and everything I have bought has been of a high standard. Even things which did not cost me a lot of money (£15 for a bikini, beach bag and sunglasses in the sale) is as good as my £100 bikini's from french connection or other high street stores.
I also came across the same products in different stores such as miss selfridge just in different colours at 25% more expensive than on stylist pick. I also love that they run promo's when you sign up to the website and the sales are great, the pricing is very reasonable.
The only problems I have found and is the only reason i am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have had to return a pair of long boots as they did not fit properly (common problem for me) and the refund was a bit slow, had to phone to have it processed but was done quickly at that point.
The further dealing with customer services for my style points which have not been processed has not been resolved yet and i am waiting on my £25 voucher to buy another pair of boots from them! Hoping this is resolved in the next day or two as I am a spending customer it is a great reward to put to my next purchase.

Excellent products - excellent staff

I have nothing but praise for Stylistpick the shoes, bags, boots etc are fantastic, changing or sending back returns is so easy! What more could you want..........

Good quality items but 'service' not as good as it used to be.

When I first joined the Stylistpick website, I was so impressed with the quality of the products for the price paid - and the packaging and postage service was like none I'd seen before; classy, sophisticated, looked expensive - real care was taken to ensure the customer felt special. However, the P&P service is just 'ordinary' now and the prices of products seems to have gone up. Although I still like the site, it's not my first choice for go-to products anymore unfortunately; it just doesn't feel special enough.

Good value sale items, otherwise a little overpriced and not great quality.

I have bought several items from Stylistpick. The first couple were at full price - a pair of shoes and a bag, both at £39.99 each, and neither really worth that much. Stylistpick don't actually sell many real leather items. The shoes had an uncomfortable Stylistpick sticker inside (I think they have stopped putting these in now due to numerous people saying how frustrating they were), and the bag was nice, but fell apart after a couple of months and ended up in the bin!
I have also had to return shoes to Stylistpick that I ordered but didn't fit, and they are not quick to credit you back with your money! I had to phone after about 8 weeks of waiting, and get the feeling that if I hadn't asked them to chase it up then I would never have got my money back! I now stick to ordering the sale items, I don't mind paying the sale prices for what you get, but wouldn't buy full price items from them again.

Great product and service but has started to drop slightly!

Have been a customer since it started. Loved the product range, delivery, packaging and loyalty scheme eg points towards free products. I particularly loved the 'polariod' picture of the shoes which could be stuck to the box to identify them.
Lately in the last couple of orders these pictures have been absent, the boxes a bit battered (so unusable in a dressing room) and one of the pairs of shoes I bought seemed poor quality as the fabric 'bald spot' appeared on the first wear (through a mild scrape on the other shoe during a trip/fall!).
Have bought a couple of bags and these have been great. Would not buy the 'clothing' - as I think it is pretty bland. Needs to have better feature 'muses' for a more sophisticated clientele (eg not the Chavvy Cheryl Cole!)
I am hoping this (the quality and packaging issues) is just a one off but if not I may defect!

Great service but defective products

The website and customer service are excellent as is the range of choice, however the products I have purchased have, in the most part, been defective. Poor quality or craftsmanship. That said, if you get a pair of shoes for £15 in thd sale then you get what you pay for.

Very helpful

The customer service is very helpful but was disappointed as the shoe I wanted have no size...

Normally impressed but this time I wasn't

For the second time i had problems with my order. Placed an order on the 28th of December and two weeks later nothing had been delivered. I then received an email saying I had returned my purchase.
Contacted customer service and was told my delivery would be with me in a couple of days. To my surprise a week later I still hadn't received my purchase. I rang on a Monday and spoke to a girl called Kirsty, i think. She was very helpful and got my order delivered the following day.

Good proposition but sad that it has changed over the past 6 months

When I first discovered Stylistpick I loved the proposition. Everything for one price and I looked forward to receiving the order as the presentation was beautiful. Black wrapped 'present' with a bow and a picture of your shoe. Now I cannot distinguish you from Asos or any other on line shop. I now prefer to shop from JustFab. Wider selection is available.

Great products, but service has gone downhill since my first purchase

Delivery has been really slow on the last couple of deliveries. Disappointing that they've gone away from the personalised show room and exclusivity. Products have always been first class - although cant comment on the last one, as still waiting over a week after ordering.

late delivery

Products are very nice and unique but delivery take too long..every time I ordered I've had to wait over a week to receive my parcel. Not competitive enough to other sites. Response to mails is also average. Overall good product but average service.

Stylish, good quality for its price.

This website is amazing. It offers a wide range of fasionable clothes as well as accessories. The price is reasonable, and the stuff are usually of good quality. Really should recommend it to friends as well as family.

Stylish and easy to shop

I have recently ordered from the sale items. If items were priced a little lower than the original price then you could probably increase more new products and items will shift better

I absolutely LOVE Stylistpick...

Stylistpick has a great selection of items ,they are delivered very quickly...... & I love getting the brown cardboard box ,then opening it up to the gorgeous packaging & items inside....not like rubbish packaging you get from other retailers......it's almost a shame to open them....but I have to so I can have the lovely stuff inside.....

i can not recommend stylist pick highly enough, it is a first class service, super fast delivery, lovely packaging and the goods are exactly like their pictures.

Very good customer service and good products

The shoes and bag I bought were well made and in good condition. Just like it is on the website. I bought a pair of shoes that were too small, sent it back free of charge and got a credit note, with no hassle at all. I bought another pair that was too small again, sent it back and asked for a replacement, again no hassle. Overall, very good products and brilliant customer service. Great company

Only an okay shoe site

The packaging is amazing and when I get a delivery I look forward to it from purchase to arrival!
But that's on the off chance that I see a decent pair on offer with a price tag that suits the shoe, which is hardly ever with fierce shoe competition by retail stores like Zara, River Island and New Look, the site honestly does not compete.
I'm tied to the site because I had been getting debited monthly, and still hold a sufficent amount of money with the site that apparently I can't claim, so I have to buy shoes till my pot empties, however the styles are cheap looking but expensive, with a lack of specialness. If I hadn't been tied to the site I would have stopped coming on the site from day 1.

Excellent

The site is wonderful and the products are just as you see them. Their services are excellent plus helpful customer services, I've used their customer services several times they are good.
When ever I look at my shoe rack am happy their shoes and bags are Awesomely beautiful and the delivery are fast even during Christmas period other shops seriously had delays on their deliverise but Stylistpick delivers fast no delays at all.
I have rated the site 5 stars if there is any thing more than 5 star I would have rated it because they are Awesome.

Stellar customer service, responsive, reliable & prompt!

Fantastic company I have purchased from many times. Delivery is always very prompt. Items are well packaged and presented in lovely black boxes, tied in ribbons - every time one arrives I feel like I am unwrapping a present I gave myself. Not overly expensive, the shoes are good value for money with some very good, original and quirky designs.

On the odd occasion where I have had an issue I could not have asked for an easier experience, a more responsive or helpful customer service team. They really could give lessons to other companies! I've had one very minor manufacturing flaw which I discovered well outside the returns window. They not only offered me replacement or refund (I choose replacement) but also issued a store credit for my trouble. The only other issue I've had was with my latest order during the busy Christmas period. Just a few days before Christmas I opened a package to find there had been a picking error. As they were meant to be a present, I was disappointed but once again their customer service team did not let me down, even over this most hectic period! I contacted them and returned the item immediately, explaining the situation. Stylistpick did not even wait to receive my return but immediately sent out a replacement pair on an overnight service to ensure the gorgeous shoes made it under the tree.

Stylistpick staff have always been friendly and helpful whether by email, Facebook or phone. I will continue to remain a loyal customer.

The showroom i get every month is spot on, I can never resist the shoes no matter how poor i am! It's not too expensive either, i also did some of my Christmas and birthday present shopping on here.

What I like about stylistpick? This company is fabulous! Their shoes are unique! They despatch the items incredibly quick and the item is always gift wrapped which saved me from wrapping 2 presents at Christmas. Would recommend this company.
