I found the customer service extremely helpful - my bank blocked the payment, and then Suitopia's suppliers were out of stock of the material I wanted - throughout it all they kept me informed, and offered helpful suggestions and support to get round these problems.
The end result was a wedding suit that looked perfect, received as many compliments as my wife's dress, and is the best fitting suit I've ever worn. Would definitely use again.
I ordered suit from Suitopia and I´m fully satisfied. I made slightly mistake in measurements but Customer Service contacted me and problem solved! Delivery time was as promised. The suit was quality made and perfect fit. I had to make a little adjustment for the trousers on a local tailor and the refund worked perfectly. Highly recommed!
I ordered a morning suit for my wedding more than 2 months ahead of time. When I placed the order, the estimated time of arrival was just under 4 weeks, which was longer than their "usual" shipping time but was consistent with it being a busy season. Two days after I was supposed to receive my morning suit, I e-mailed customer service and found out work had not yet begun! They gave a new deadline of a little over two weeks later, and asked me to e-mail them in order to make sure their tailors could finish my order in time. Well, they took more than a week to respond to my e-mails asking if they would in fact be able to meet their new deadline. And their response was to offer a discount on my order, without confirming when it would be finished.
Four days after my the second arrival date for my morning suit, with no morning suit, no updated arrival time, and no word from customer service, I cancelled my order. At least my money was refunded to me. But now I was forced to buy a morning suit that I did not even have time to get altered before my wedding.
In conclusion, Suitopia can't meet its own deadlines, can't communicate about the status of orders, doesn't respond to e-mails in a timely fashion, and never provided the service I paid for.
Jag är missnöjd med den service www.suitopia.se givit mig! Beställde först en kostym för över fyra månader sedan. Tanken var att jag skulle passa till måtten och beställa en till innan ett bröllop. Men Suitopia tog över dubbla leveranstiden mot vad de utlovat på båda beställningarna vilket orsakade att jag stod utan kostym till bröllopet och fickspringa och köpa en i lokala butiken. De vägrar dessutom att bemöta mig på ett skäligt sätt. 15% i förseningsrabatt tycker Suitopia är skäligt för att jag skulle lösa ut deras kraftigt försenade kostym - som jag dessutom inte skulle bli en dubblett för mig nu!
Räkna kallt med 2 månaders beställningstid per beställning och litet eller inget ansvarstagande från Suitopia. Utopiskt dåligt!

I have used Suitopia once and is very satisfied.
I ordered a dress coat (jacket and trousers) according to measurements. Both fitted nicely (as they should) and the quality of the tailorwork was brilliant and the quality of the fabric was good. For Dkr. 1800 (approx. € 240) I am very satisfied and do not hesitate to recommend Suitopia.
