next day delivery took over a week

I used the reptile side of this company, www.reptiles.swelluk.com because it stated overnight deliveries for orders placed before 2pm, I ordered at 07:00. one of the things I ordered was a ceramic heat emmitter, which is important to reptiles. When my goods didnt arrive I contacted swellreptiles via the contact us page and informed that I would have to go elsewhere if I don't get the goods to which they replied with "we will collect and refund " but now they say postage both ways has to be covered by me and I ordered from somewhere else. as an appology they offered to refund the postage so the best I can hope for was to be £10 out of pocket for the whole experiance. stay away from these at all costs.
