Très déçue
J'ai commandé sur le site Swiminn des simples lunettes de natation qui n'étaient pas en stock, mais la date de disponibilité indiquée sur le site était le jour au lendemain. Au bout de plus de deux semaines, les lunettes n'étaient toujours pas disponibles, et il était impossible de savoir si elles seraient un jour! J'ai donc demandé l'annulation de ma commande. J'espère être remboursée rapidement comme ils le promettent. Le seul point positif que je trouve à ce site, c'est qu'ils répondent rapidement par mail quand vous les contactez.

Taille non conforme
J'ai reçu mon maillot 1 semaine 1/2 après ma commande alors qu'on m'avait annoncé sous 6 jours, la taille n'était pas conforme à ma commande et surtout aucune facture accompagnant le colis ni possibilité de renvoyer ce maillot pas d'adresse, rien, juste le maillot pas à la taille demandé !!! maillot superbe ceci dit...

Au regard de votre commande, nous observons que vous avez commandé un maillot bain Head en taille 38 IT. Comme indiqué sur la fiche produit dans le tableau des correspondances des tailles, la taille 38 IT correspond à un 34 FR.
Toutefois, si la taille ne vous convient pas vous pouvez nous retourner l'article en suivant les instructions au lien suivant:

Votre commande a été passée le 22 mai et nous l'avons expédié le vendre 24 mai. Ne travaillant pas le week-end votre commande a été prise en charge le lundi d'où les quelques jours de retard. Venditore affidabile e disponibile. Piccolo problema con l'indirizzo di spedizione, trascritto errato o incompleto, con conseguente ritardo nella consegna, ma prontamente risolto.

livraison trop longue
je suis satisfait du produit mais les tailles étant affichée en Italien sur un site francais ceci prete a confusion cemaillot très joli entièrement doublé était trop petit 46 italien correspont a 42 francais livraison beaucoup trop lente 5 jours entre toulouse et nice.

Tailles à revoir !
Notre commande portait sur un maillot de bain. Maillot très joli et très bien fini, mais niveau taille ..... le 42 ne fait même pas un 36 !!!!! Donc, dans ces conditions, pour avoir une vrai taille, ça n'existe pas ..............; très très déçue

Servicegericht, maar slechte bezorging door GLS
Speedo Auqacoach besteld en snel bevestiging dat order verzonden was. Product bleef echter een week bij GLS in Spanje liggen alvorens hij verstuurd werd. Dit heeft nog eens een week geduurd. Normaal gesproken zou Spanje-Nederland 2 a 3 werkdagen moeten duren. Bovendien was pakket open en beschadigd bij aflevering.
Customer service reageert snel en adequaat, nadeel vind ik dat je geen rechtstreeks emailadres kunt krijgen, moet allemaal via de site. Ook de correspondentie komt soms wat knullig over, ik heb bijvoorbeeld in 3 talen emails gehad, (vertaald) Nederlands, Engels en Frans.

My ordered items have not arrived yet.
I was promised three days but it has not arrived yet. Every few days I am informed it won't even get to the warehouse for another three or more days. I have just been notified of another three day delay. My guarantee of service runs out soon but I will cancel the order if it doesn't arrive here by then.

Long time delivery
I expected short delivery, but it took more than a week to get my package, even though it was a quite small parcel, which could have been sent by ordinary mail. But I'm happy with the stuff supplyed:-)

A five day wait turned into a four week debacle
After a long drawn out process of misinformation I cancelled my order. after first waiting two weeks to be told that my order couldn't be filled, followed by a second alternative order having to wait a further two weeks rather than the initial 5 day wait that was advertised on their website. Terrible customer service, I'd advise anyone to not bother

I placed an order and paid the total amount straight away through Paypal under the Delivery with DHL. But I hadn't been contacted for more than 2 weeks until I emailed to ask what the reason. 1st bad experience I came across and would never be back to purchase at Swim Inn.

Encuesta sin haber recibido el pedido
Es curioso que me pidan la valoración del servicio cuando todavía no he recibido el pedido y cuando entro al "seguimiento del pedido" dice que "pendiente de material del proveedor". Hace más de 2 semanas que realicé el pedido y aún nada, la verdad que tarda demasiado en ser entregado, no me esperaba tanto tiempo.

Tempi rispettati, costume sotto le attese
Quando ho effettuato l'ordine del costume, l'articolo non era disponibile, i giorni indicati sono stati comunque rispettati.
Unica pecca il costume, sono cliente da diversi anni, ho diversi costumi, ma questo è il primo che acquisto senza la fodera interna. Al tacco sembra essere pure più leggero e fragile.
Spero sia solo un caso.
