Quality and Service
I have always problems to find shirts, jacket or suit that fit me well due to a peculiar figure. I made a try buying a shirt using the suggestions given by tailor4less. The result have been so good that I immediately ordered three more shirts an a jacket. I do hope that the quality would be the same as the first test order but I started to trust these people.

Do not reply to emails, have not deliverd in 15 days.
My suit is still in tayloring after 16 days, i have tried to speek to taylor4 less but they will not respond. Im starting to think this company is a bit dodgy.

Didn't deliver on time - didn't respond to e-mails
Website advised deliver date, suit didn't arrive on that date.
Takes numerous e-mails to actually get a response from them.
Waistcoat was too small.
Sent two e-mails saying waistcoat too small - they replied asking what the problem was?
Sent an e-mail asking them to honour their perfect fit, no response. Eventually please raise a support case on our portal. I replied away from web for a few days can you not raise a support ticket for me - answer was a no.
10 days after I originally raised a complaint that the waistcoat was too small I am still waiting for them to agree / advise how they are going to rectify it.
Wouldn't use them again.

Superb service, superb product
I had reservations initially, ordering online, but the cost is comparable to buying off the peg in the Uk. These are the best fitting suits I've ever had, and the fabric is excellent.

Great quality product, fast delivery, no worries.
I ordered two suits for an event that I had to go to in just over two weeks. I spoke with some one via live chat on their website to confirm that my suits would arrive in time if I ordered them then and they did. They arrived three days before the expected delivery. They were in excellent condition, I showed them to my grandmother, whom was a dress maker in her day, and she approved of the quality of the craftsmanship. I got a lot of comments about how good I looked in the suits and would definitely recommend this site to anyone. An "off-the-rack" suit would not have cost that much less. I will be ordering another suit soon and I will review these guys again once it arrives.

Very good sizing
I have now bought two shirts and a 3 piece suit all of which have been perfect fits. My advice would be for you to get some of the sample fabrics before making the full order as some of the photos do not reflect the materials texture fully. Good price for tailor made garms.

ok when order is right, but if wrong you have lost your money
i have had four shirts and one pair of trousers, the forth shirt did not fit, i raised a query, was told that i would be contacted and the problem resolved still waiting 3 weeks now!!!!! will not use again.

Perfect
I ordered 2 custom made shirts and has just received them today - 12 days after ordering.
I was a bit worried about the quality and fit, but I must say that I am impressed by the handcraft and the size.
The quality of the fabric is better than expected and for the price I find it very resonable.
My first order was a succes, I hope my 2nd, 3rd and 4th order will be the same.
Jeg bestilte 2 skræddersyede skjorter og har netop modtaget dem i dag - 12 dage efter bestilling.
Jeg var en smule bekymret over kvalitet og pasform, men jeg må sige, at jeg er imponeret over både håndværk og størrelse.
Kvaliteten af stoffet er bedre end forventet, og til den pris er kvaliteten meget rimelig.
Min første ordre var en succes, jeg håber, at min 2., 3. og 4. ordre bliver det samme.

Bad quality
Sowohl die qualität des Hemdes wie auch des Smokings hat nicht überzeugt.
Bei den Hosen ist in zwei Tagen zwei Mal der Knopf gesprungen und nicht etwa der Faden. Bestellt wurde eine schwarze Fliege, geliefert wurde weiss.

It just works and is great value
The process of measuring yourself is straight forward (although make sure you get someone to help you as you can't do it properly by yourself). The measuring 'wizard' is very easy to use and the suggested measurements, based on your height, build, age and weight, are actually very close (and help alert you to any errors you might have made). I made a very slight tweak to my profile after my first order, which was still a very good fit. I have just received my second order, which is a completely perfect fit in every dimension and was delivered in just two weeks, which I think is pretty amazing. The garment quality is also good, particularly considering the price, which is comparable with off-the-peg clothes you can buy in the high street. I honestly can't think of a good reason not to try this out for yourself. I am definitely sold on it.

never, never and never again!
I did not read anywhere that my suits is coming from SHANGHAI and that I did not expect additional customs invoice of +77,00€ for my orders worth 220,00 €. Foremost, it arrived late, then, I received this surprisingly high invoice from the German custom.
It is not worth at all ...............a big mistake that I would not want anyone to go through.
My review was deleted for investigation and they confirmed the authenticity of my review so they told me to open a ticket. But what will it help me? I still have to pay the custom invoice!
Thai is why, I still want to warn everyone out there who might be misled like me - be aware that the product is coming from CHINA and that you will receive an invoice on top of what you pay to your order. I checked the FAQ of the webiste and still did not locate these conditions. Hence, I think that this is very important to be shared for consumers like me.

Size is excellent but the quality of fabric is poor!
I bought 5 shirts almost a year ago and I must say the sizes I ordered are excellent. The reason why I preferred this tailored size is that I want a slim size and at the same time comfortable to my neck when I used a tie.
However, I've realised that I always used a SPRAY STARCH since the day I purchased it! Take note that the some of the shirts I bought (2 or 3 shirts) were "easy iron" as advertised on their website.
So all in all not really worth for money as I always buy a spray starch as the fabric is poor!
Though I have to give credit for the customer service as they are very responsive and polite. But then again they need to change the quality of fabric!!!

GREAT - NOT SO GREAT
The first suit I ordered fitted beautifully and so I ordered a second one.
The second, 3-piece, suit arrived but sadly, the sleeves are too long and the jacket too big across the chest and does not look at all good.
Sleeves: Measuring from shoulder seam to cuff there is a difference of 23mm
Chest: Measuring across the jacket from below the armpit there is 13mm difference.
the waistcoat is too big across the chest but as the first suit was 2-piece I cannot give you a difference in size.
I would appreciate your comments to my dilemma. Thank you.

Terrible Quality and Poor Fit
I purchased a pair of pants and a waistcoat. The pants fit, but are of obviously poor quality. The waistcoat was terribly mis-proportioned, and worse, extremely dated in its appearance. The support ticket process basically told me my only option was get it altered and they *may* according to their alterations policy refund some of the cost or send it to Spain where I pay for shipping. I was going to get married in the outfit but instead I gave it to goodwill.

The gamble pays off
I was unsure when I first triedTailor4less but everything has been fine . the clothes seem well made and they fit. The fit is no doubt due to my wife's careful measuring of me but it must be the foundation of the satisfactory service. I shall almost certainly get more from them in due course
