Good price, which was taken from my account on day of order 5th Feb. Delivery 3 to 5 working days. Online status still 'Processing' a week later (12th Feb) and no communication from TapOutlet/HomeOutlet. Telephoned to enquire what was going on and advised item was 'Out of Stock' - despite website stating '595 In Stock'. Now expecting delivery tomorrow (14th Feb). For a few pence more I feel sure Plumbworld/Boundary Bathrooms would have delivered in good time and not charged until item dispatched.
Item eventually received on re-scheduled date (i.e. 9 days after ordering and payment) but delivered by UPS, who forecast delivery 'By end of day' - no use to man nor beast! If DPD can provide a one hour delivery forecast why do suppliers continue to use UPS?
With 595 in stock, how can item be 'Out of Stock'?
