TECH365 SOLD ME A SECOND-HAND DVR WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NEW. THEY DELIVERED ME WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A NEW DVR WHICH I PAID OVER £700 FOR; WHEN IT ARRIVED I INSPECTED IT THOROUGHLY AND FOUND TI TO BE USED WHICH WAS EVIDENT FROM ALL THE SCRATCHES. THEY TRIED TO BLAME ANOTHER COMPANY FOR DAMAGING IT WHEN THEY OPENED IT UP TO INSTALL THE HARD DRIVE, THEY THEN SUGGESTED I HAD SCRATCHED IT BY RECEIVING IT! I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO RETURN IT AS IT WAS CLEARLY SECOND-HAND, THEY REFUSED TO COLLECT IT SO I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR THE RETURN AND THEY AL sales@tech365.co.ukSO SUGGESTED I WOULD BE REFUNDED MINUS 25% RESTOCKING FEE!! I INFORMED THEM THAT THIS WAS NOT ONLY ILLEGAL BUT TONALLY UNPROFESSIONAL OF THEM TO BEHAVE LIKE THIS AND I PROVIDED THEM WITH A COPY OF THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS OUTLINING THE SECTION IN RELATION TO TRYING TO DEDUCT MONEY ILLEGALLY. I THEN RETURNED THE DVR AND HAD TO SEND SEVERAL EMAILS THREATENING LEGAL ACTION BECAUSE OF THEIR RELUCTANCE TO REFUND ME WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IMMEDIATELY AND WHICH ACTUALLY TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS. I HAVE SINCE INFORMED TRADING STANDARDS OF THIS COMPANY.
