need a tad improvements
Well, I am usually skeptical when it comes to ordering from not-well-known site with cheap prices as most of the time it is too good to be true. However, with the option of checking out with paypal, I decided to give it a go. I placed my order and waited two days passed after the due date, so i contacted the customer service who did not email me back. the third day I received my order with a reply email apologising for the delay. The item was well packaged and as described. it works really well. I would really recommend the website for anyone and I will use it again

Great But Dispatch Could've Been A Bit Quicker
Power supply was what I expected. Very good value. No problems with the installtion and operation. Would buy from again. Just a shame it took a while to dispatch, but then again, I suppose I did place the order on Friday. Nevertheless, many thanks.

Needs a new name
Ordered Friday before 3pm but didnt recieve goods til tues 3pm. I paid the extra for next day delivery too. I sent various questions through the web page and emails and recieved silence in return until monday evening. Basically, they get your money then just ignore you until the item is shipped. I did ring up at one point on the monday (morning) and spoke to a chap who clearly had no interest in listening to or speaking to me! He explained they were reading the weekends emails (!) and I would get an update within the hour. I didnt hear anything until a despatch notice late that night and they didnt answer the phone for rest of the day, presumably busy reading! In short, a good deal, an excellent product (Gigabyte Osmium keyboard) but if you want it next day as the name says, ironically, I suggest you go elsewhere!

USELESS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Well all I wanted to do was order the FTW+ version of EVGA's GTX660Ti graphics card. They emailed me to say it had arrived from EVGA (Yes the stock numbers are made up and they actually order items in) and that they didn't think it was the right model. They thought it was better than the one I ordered, turns out the one they sent was worse than the one I'd ordered?! Even after they emailed to confirm the model? TechNextDay is a bit misleading too, should be TechNextMonth - If your lucky! They remind me of PC World, you could probably write what they know about PC's on a postage stamp. Now this model and many others from EVGA have been removed from their site? PLEASE AVOID

We are terribly sorry for this mix up.
The core clock of the card you ordered was 1046mhz. We thought the one we were offering you was 1059mhz as was written on the box.
We confirmed this with you over email and then dispatched the item as you correctly mention.
It was only when you got back with a return request that we realised that EVGA also offer a boost clock as well which was 1059mhz and we mistook that as the core clock.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this error.
Any items that go out of stock do not show up on our website and that may be the reason this is not visible now.

By far theworst internet firm I have ever used
Last month on the 16th Jan I ordered 3 rj45 cables direct from this company.The first unusual thing is that they ask for a bankers transfer for payment,I've never had that before.This was sent immediatly.after several days their website did not show the payment as being received.Eventually they agreed payment had been made but no goods were sent.After several emails and phone calls they did not know what had happened to this order.I asked for either a refund or some goods neither happened.They then said they had been lost in transit! After further contact they asked for my bank details,which were sent but not received.Ater further contact they were sent again,still no response.After further contact they denied receiving my details, sent yet again.Supposed to have made a transfer but not received by me.Further contact and a reply suddenly today
I got my money back.This has taken nearly a month of agravation and it was all over a very small order.My advce is shop elsewhere,its not worth the hassle of trying to do bussiness with this lot.

Unfortunately, accounts couldn't not match your monies to your order as your bank transfer did not have the order number as a reference. Royal Mail then lost your parcel and your replies for a refund were to an automated email not setup for receiving incoming email.

Wide range of products in good price. Service not perfect but can't complain.
Good points:
There is lots of products on their web site in very good prices.
They accept lots of payment options-all go via Paypal (but not your paypal if you don't want to use yours)
Products looks like originals and are well packed.
Fast response on e-mail and easy to get them through phone line.
Bad points:
Some products probably not in stock or stock not in UK and they need to wait for them.
Not promised delivery time - dispatch rather slow than fast. No point to pay for next day delivery. Probably if you're getting more products, there will be delay.
Not updating order progress but if you ring them, they will explain what's happened.
Promised me delivery refund due late delivery but I've never got it.
Conclusion:
If you're not in rush but looking to save couple of founds you can use them....if you need it now - go to local shop:)
There is more worse companies and much more expensive.

Pleasantly surprised
I was a bit sceptical at first as I'd never heard of them before, they didn't take credit cards (I used PayPal) and they seem to have stopped the free delivery option but still mention it in certain areas of the site. I went ahead and ordered the item anyway though as no where else had it in stock, and chose the cheapest 7-day delivery option. It came the next day! I would easily order from them again.
One slightly annoying thing was they have a list of 5 or so different delivery companies they use. I found an order tracking number when I logged in, but it didn't say which delivery company it was coming by. So I had to put the tracking code into each delivery site till one gave a result (it was TNT in my case). It would have been nice to get all this info in an e-mail, but that's my only gripe really.

this is kind of a new supplier i have started to order of, i was tempted by the excellent price and delivery charges.

Was skeptical after reading a few negative revues, need not have worried though, delivered within the 7 days and cheapest price i could find on the net, Packaging was a bit OTT . But no way was the hard drive getting damaged in transit lol

Keen prices, good quality, speedy delivery
Two separate orders; both delivered quickly. Items as ordered, good quality and now fitted and working. Only issue was that with one delivery the outer box was not securely fastened - just a couple of strips of tatty tape and you could put your hand inside the box; fortunately nothing had fallen out. Overall, excellent value for money and would recommend.

Good selection of items, Great prices, Quick delivery!
I bought an ASRock 970 Extreme 4 motherboard, no problems with my order (it came with an up to date date bios, didn't expect that, thumbs up!) and Technextday was the cheapest price I found online after a fair bit of searching. Plus the free 5 day delivery on anything over £30. The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of extra packaging. My motherboard came in only a plastic courier package (did have fragile written on it), so I would of liked to have seen it in an extra box with some kind of padding. I was lucky it never got dropped in transit.

speedy delivery

Mind the "not guaranteed next day delivery"
Although snow was widely forecast, I called up on the day before the snow happened and was reassured that the item would be delivered the following day so I made the order and paid next day delivery. The next morning I was sent an e-mail saying that snow had caused delays in delivery and that I would receive the item as soon as possible. A little frustrating considering the phone call, that said the item did arrive the following working day in the snow.

Worst company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with!
Ordered a barebones shuttle on 3rd Jan (100 in stock) with delivery estimate of 5-7 working days.
7 working days later after no news I emailed asking for an update - no response.
2 days after the above I rang and left several messages of which all were ignored. Also sent another email and also ignored.
Eventually raised a dispute through Paypal due to no receipt of goods and amazingly 2 hours after the dispute was raised the goods were shipped...
I will not be dealing with this company again - others beware!

crap at giving out tracking numbers!!
I had the items delivered by next day delivery and did not get a tracking number from them until I emailed asking for it.
Well done on getting the delivery to me next day however lacking on the communication.

No surprises
Only sort of lives up to it's name as it's only next day if you pay for next day delivery, however... Free delivery was only 4 days, everything well packed, everything as expected, everything works fine - all at a very good price. Can't fault it.

Ram arrived faulty, tried to contact to get replacement.
I ordered 2 new fans and a new ram module. The ram was faulty on arrival, and after contacting to return, i am still awaiting for stickers to be sent out to return the faulty part. In addition i believe i ordered a black fan and instead received a clear plastic fan. This could of been a mistake on my part but this is a minor issue.
