I ordered 2 new fans and a new ram module. The ram was faulty on arrival, and after contacting to return, i am still awaiting for stickers to be sent out to return the faulty part. In addition i believe i ordered a black fan and instead received a clear plastic fan. This could of been a mistake on my part but this is a minor issue.
I was very pleased with the service - however I found the website a bit confusing when it came to paying for my order. Consequently I ended up with two identical orders on my account, although I only wanted (and paid for) one. It would be helpful if the details for paying by bank transfer carried over to the final page. When I left a voicemail to point out the order duplication, they responded quickly to confirm that they had deleted the invalid one. So, all in all, I was happy with the price, service and quick delivery
Best price free deliver and quick a couple of days there it was the postman at my door, I recommend this company any day, in fact I already did to some of my friends!!!

Found TechNextday when searching for some components. Price was good so placed order and was very pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency in getting it to me. A good find.
This compnay is awful. Item ordered and sent out via Royal Mail recorded delivery, the tracking details said the item had been delivered although I never recieved the item. After looking into the tracking details the time given as delivered there was no body home at the time, this could be proved, also the "so called" signature looks like the scribble of a 3 year old and not a valid signature. TechNextDay refuse to help, just stating the item was delivered and to claim from the Royal Mail, firstly this should not be my job as the customer ad seconly after reading the Royal Mail claim form I need to provide original prof of postage, which of course I cannot as I did not post the item
TechNextDay are now not responding to my last 2 Emails, I have now filed a claim with Paypal and have also told TechNextDay I will contact the police if need be as if they are to be believed there is clearly a fraudulant signature within the process.
To sum up STAY AWAY from TechNextDay.
It's difficult to get excited about a routine purchase of a USB stick, but not only did TechNextDay have the best delivered pricing but the service was very efficient, with the item arriving a day before it was expected. What more can you ask for?
I ordered my parts on Sunday and by Monday it was dispatched and everything arrived the next day at my doorstep. The only complaint I could make is the excessive unnecessary packaging used...
AVOID! A pitiful excuse for an online retailer. My £100+ Western Digital 3TB drive arrived Dead on Arrival. I attempted to contact TechNextDay by email multiple times, and received no response.
I can't believe that this company so blatently flouts the Sale of Goods Act. I should have went with my gut and paid £5 more to buy the drive from a reputable source.
Absolutely avoid at all costs! It is totally unacceptable to not be able to contact an online retailer when there are problems. Thankfully Western Digital agreed to replace the drive directly after I proved to them that this retailer was unwilling to acknowledge my complaint.
Also, the drive came packaged in a plastic parcel bag with only a little bit of styrofoam to protect it. Western Digital send their drives in a sturdy cardboard box with supports to stop the drive moving. The drive was probably DOA due to the pathetic packaging by TechNextDay.

Ordered from TND and Ebuyer on the 28th Dec, paid for next day delivery from both. Expected delivery on Monday 31st, Ebuyer arrived but not TND. Now its Christmas and I recognise not everyone is working as normal so I allow and email to inquire about their dispatch and delivery promise over the hols. Reply received Wednesday 2nd saying the carriers aren't working (erm needs to be dispatched first and Ebuyers carriers were working!) and order should be with me by 4th. Following day (the 3rd) I was emailed to advise part not in stock but remaining order should be with me tomorrow. Friday the 4th came, first delivery pre-lunch but it was only part of the order which was the only part showing dispatched on my account summary online. 5 hours later a second delivery with another part of the order but not all of it and the account status online still wasn't updated. I tried ringing to no answer, left a voicemail and have never had a reply, they only seem to work via email! Anyway they claim the last part of my order (3 separate dispatches in total) was lost by the carriers and re-sent it, I eventually received the final item of what was in-stock 2 weeks after placing my order...I had to ask for a refund on the out of stock item they couldn't send and also for the "Premium Next Day Delivery" charge I paid.
Whilst TND seem a legitimate and responcible outfit (I got my refund without challenge and it was prompt) they need to improve their proactive customer services and when your brand is your promise you need to live up to it. I won't be using them again!
Processor identified, price was very competitive, ordered and received very well packaged in very quick time. I am a most satisfied customer.
What can I say about the Intel Pentium G860 - 3 GHz processor? It works very well with my wife's workstation PC (mainly word processing and graphics) built around a Gigabyte GA-H67MA-USB3-B3 motherboard and is certainly very cost effective.
The process was easy and delivery was on time and help courteous - highly recommend for that. However, updates to the order came through saying there was a change to the order and i had to log on to find out what the change was; it turned out to simply be that it had been dispatched! The email with the invoice attached was from an unknown address and domain, my name and the name of the signatory were missing and there was no reference at all as to what the email referred to and no branding in the text - that part was highly suspicious and unprofessional and I nearly deleted it (it was against all internet security to have opened it). Some work on that required.
I read their interpretation of the product I purchased and found, after receiving the item, it to be honest, objective and their delivery fast and with a reputable company.
Safe to shop there.
Extremely disappointed with the delivery and communication I received the dispatch email on the day of the first attempted delivery while I was at work several days late will not be using tech next day again
The item I got was as described, but the service was terrible. No communication at all about dispatch or anything until a day after the item had arrived. Took over a week to even ship my order and I had to contact their customer service to get any information on my order.
I won't be shopping with them again even if the price is better. Bad service is not what I want in a retailer.
I ordered some parts in the new year and after a few day I contacted them. After contacting several times regarding when the items were going to be shipped I eventually got a reply.
They don't reply to facebook, or the comments on orders.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
From ordering by phone the delivery was very quick, even though I opted for free delivery. The price & product were very good.
