Christmas and no presents for me
I ordered on 27th December a working day and paid £5.99 for next day delivery and received my order on Friday 4th January. I think someone owes me an apology and £5.99.

They do exactly what they say....sort of.
Good buying experience. Excellent site, easy to navigate and track down the items required, but order processing and delivery took quite a bit longer than I'd have liked, although its worth mentioning that it was during the Christmas period. I would use again.

Cheap and fast delivery
Well priced, good selection of items. Delivery is next day from when orders are dispatched but takes ~3 days from payment to dispatch (standard, free delivery on orders over 29).
Will certainly buy from again and would recommend to anyone

Good price, good company.
I chose to purchase during the Christmas break and so there was a slight delay in receiving the item and then I had a slight problem with it but all was resolved in modern fashion by switching it off and back on again!

Excellent customer service and prices!
Ordered the wrong part (entirely my fault), telephoned TechNextDay who stopped courier delivery before it came to us, changed it for the correct part, delivered the next day and processed a refund for the difference.
Can't ask for more than that!

Perfect item but wished it came sooner.
Exactly what was needed for my macbook pro but, even with Christmas delays wished it arrived in the time advertised. All the items from other firms ordered later arrived earlier. However you provided what was needed.

Ordering seems to work a treat for me - you sure 1/5 is fair?
Come on chaps, they posted a notice clearly saying that they can't even GIVE a delivery time until after the 2nd - but you're complaining that your order was slow? Checked my browser and the sign is still where it was during the holidays... http://technextday.co.uk/cache/files3/666117_72448369.jpg
I've ordered from them a few times and the stuff 'just arrives' - which seems to be what almost 5,000 other reviews on here say. Shout me down if I'm wrong, but I think your comments are a bit harsh, given what they said on the site.

Never using ever again.
Ordered on 29th December its now the 8th of January still haven't received my order and have been flat out ignored by the customer service. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone and will never be using this site again.

Very poor
Ordered a wireless LAN adapter & paid £5.99 for a next day delivery, which didn't materialise. Customer 'service' on the 'phone very poor & unhelpful (almost to the point of silence), and that was once I had managed to get hold of them (getting a recorded message every few minutes for 2 hours). Wouldn't use them again - lesson learned.

NOT GOOD
I orderd what I needed on the 29th of December and paid for overmight shipping. The website stated that the warehouse is closed untill the 2nd of January so I exspected my items on the 3rd. Well the 3rd came and went so did the 4th and 5th. Ive now rang them atleast 15 - 20 times and no answer Ive sent a few emails and had nothing back. I am now wanting a refund to get the items from another site but cannot get hold of anyone from the company. NOT HAPPY!!!!

Excellent service!
Ordered the Griffin Survivor for the ipad mini. Nowhere else could guarantee the delivery in time for Christmas. I really needed this case as it was a present for my son and I wouldn't have been happy giving him his ipad without some protection. The case arrived on Christmas Eve, well packaged and the case itself is great protection for the ipad. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Super speedy... BRILLIANT
Brilliant fast efficient service, was the cheapest around for the product I bought which was an iPad mini otter box case in blush.. I was a little worried that I wouldn't recieve it in time for Christmas but it was delivered 2 days after I ordered it with 1 and a half weeks left before Christmas... Brilliant company will be purchasing a lot from them... I can highly recommend them and have done to friends and family too!

Great service, Great Product
I'm very wary ordering online, and when I get great service from a great site then it is worth a review, I can recommend these guys, if I ever need anything tech wise then I will definitely come back to this site.

Speedy!
Only ordered a phone case on Friday Dec 21st and placed order at 7:30 p.m, 30 minutes AFTER their Christmas deadline.
I mailed a polite request for a speedy transaction as it was for Christmas and hoped it would be here in time.
Christmas Eve, it arrived. The order was
obviously processed after the deadline, this I am very grateful for, thank you!

A great way to get good value media
After being disappointed by PC World I needed to get a memory card before Christmas .. fast.. but without paying the earth. I used Tech Next Day and managed to get the memory card I needed with a fast delivery and still made a substantial saving over the PC World alternative.

Slow and automated support with insufficient payment methods.
So, naturally when you're online shopping you want to pay by debit/credit card. And MAYBE just MAYBE you may not have a paypal account like you apparently have to?
I ordered from T.N.D on the 23rd, and understandably expected my delivery to take some time over Christmas, but to wait 6 days (5 business days) to be told they couldn't verify my payment just because the delivery address wasn't the same as my billing address?!
So apparently anything you order online has to go to your own home address, which makes it impossible to buy for someone.
Replied to their email with no response as of yet, and couldn't get through to their chargeable 0845 number, I will DEFINITELY not be using them again!

Great product. Good price. Good service.
I bought the Griffin A Frame as a last minute Christmas present for my dad. I wouldn't have been too stressed if it hadn't arrived in time. However I needn't have worried. I chose the standard delivery which I think says allow 7 workings days for delivery. I ordered Friday night and it arrived on the Tuesday in plenty of time for Christmas the following week. The item looks good so I might get one for myself as well!

Exceedingly poor packaging.
Due to them being busy items were despatched 1 day late, but they did e-mail and explain the reason. My biggest complaint was the poor packaging of the items. They used two very large boxes to pack the stuff in, they would have easily fitted in one box. They also provided no packaging material to stop the items bouncing around within the boxes. Due to this both boxes arrived slightly open so you could see the items inside, the hard drives could have potentially fallen out.
Thankfully because the manufactures had packed their product well none of the items were damaged or faulty.

Simply superb
It is a sign of the times that when an organisation delivers on what it says it will, we're shocked and full of praise. We should expect things to fulfill our expectations every time we place an order, but the capitalist beast motivates individuals and corporations differently. I have learn't the hard way with the E-buyer's of the world, so to find a straight down the middle operator who keeps you informed every step of the way, gives me confidence in ordering from them again. Smooth transaction from start to finish, wouldn't hesitate in using again.
Didn't have any problems at all, item was reasonably slow to be dispatched but quick to be delivered after that - this was something I was fully aware of at the time of ordering however, so not a problem.

I was worried initially as the price was lower than elsewhere. Also - no direct credit card way of paying - I dont trust paypal. But the item arrived very quickly and well packed.
