premium increased in 2 minutes!!!
originally though it was quick and easy :) Went to payment page and it took forever for page to load. Screen froze so had to start again. exactly the same details and premium jumped by £7.96? Was in a hurry so had to proceed,but would not use again.
Tried to ring there customer services to pay with the originally quote explaining it froze, she said that was fine i could use originally quote number but she would have to add A CHARGE FOR PAYING OVER THE PHONE!!!! Absolutely outrageous!
In short not impressed and would not recommend.

We’ve sourced the call and there was no mention at that time that you had an issue with being quoted a higher price else we would have been able to investigate the problem with the price increasing.

I had to get cover when I bought a new vehicle at 10pm at night! I rang and they were very helpful,efficient and prompt service.

Was not put on motor insurers database
Not a good service
Was not put on motor insurers database which caused me great inconvenience

Unfortunately the Motor Insurance Database (MID) isn’t updated immediately following the purchase of a policy. We have to send the vehicle data to the Motor Insurer’s Bureau (MIB). It can take a few days to show on their systems but the legal requirement is that the data must be on the MID within 7 days.
Please be assured that just because the details aren’t showing on the MID straight away does not mean your insurance isn’t valid. If you are unsure you should call us and we always recommend having your policy details to hand.

Cant believe it
Gutted got this 2 get ma car out the police pound didn't realise that it couldn't be used for this so it was a waste of ny money :((

brilliant service and use it all the time
I think tempcover is fantastic it gives me the freedom of being able to insure a car when I need it rather than having to pay thousands of pounds a year for insurance that I don't really need I would recommend tempcover to anyone. Thank you.

Quick and Easy
I needed temporary cover for my car whilst selling it, so I went online to tempcover.com and very quickly a quote was organised, I chose the company I wanted and paid for it - all done very quickly without any fuss. I would use again. It's just a shame that temporary car cover costs so much, that's the only downfall.

Quick and easy cover with a great choice of optiona extras.
Quick and easy to use the website. Lots of choice for levels of cover. I've used the site severl times now to insure my sons friend to they can drive to their gigs and I don't have to stay up till silly o'clock in the morning playing taxi driver!!

Do Not Waste your Time
I had some errors on the policy , called them up to try and get that changed . No help at all , absolutely! i will recommenced this company .
