We have used MediaBurst before for email to MMS conversion. We ceased that product line from our business as we changed what services we offered. Now we use their Textburst platform to notify our customers when their repairs have been completed, or to update them if we are awaiting parts or need further info etc. It's fast and reliable with added benefit of a contacts database. My account manager "Jo" is always on hand and responds within minutes of a query and the support team are always so polite and quick to respond to any issues i have.
We wanted to use text messaging to inform our members about up coming events and items of interest-very often members do not log onto our website as often as they check their mobile phones! We particularly liked the PAYG option which for a small club like ours should enable us to tailor our purchases to our needs and increase usage as demand dictates without having to buy into an expensive business tariff. Easy to use and so far we are very happy.
