Suffice to say it too nearly 3 weeks to get a refund from them after they delivered a set of clubs I didn't order (i.e. wrong item, not me changing my mind). They actually didn't have the clubs I ordered in stock. Emails went into the customer service black hole, phone calls were greeted with little in the way of service and many broken promises. Not one apology for mucking me about, treated as if I was an inconvenience. I can only recommend you avoid at all costs.
ordered 12 personalised golf balls on 30 Dec 11 and still waiting. latest laugh is that according to my delivery progress they have been in packaging for the past 20 days. Who on earth is packing them and why are they still employed. They say they are a small company but promote large promises. Delivery within 10 days. They also do not reply to emais and threaten to pass on abusive emalis to the police. This seems to delay the delivery. Will never buy from them again and there are similar probems with their sister companies.
