Challenging but good
Well, TheBestComms served me, though my first transaction/purchase was frustrating. There was an issue of being stock when trying to create an account for my first purchase, which after it when through, I didn't get my order. I placed a call through and I was told there was an issue with my payment on there system, of multiply order. An apology was made and I was told it will be delivered in, I think 2hrs thereabout, and it was in time. After checking the package, PSU was missing which I placed a call to TheBestcomms again. They apologised and give a time of delivery which was also in time. With this challenges as a new customer, I still recommend TheBestComms for purchase.

A technology rich super phone Snom 870
I brough five off of these and 4 are super and work brilliantly ,with nice clean and clear calls ,unfortunatly I have one that has a faulty colour screen with white lines across the top.it was replaced in a few day and all is looking good.

Good service, good price.
The transaction went smoothly and the price was very competitive. One minor improvement would have been an e-mail notification when the item was despatched.

Normally, e-mail notifications are sent when the order is dispatched. Our system is showing that the email was sent to you on the 27th March at 10:11 so I'm afraid I do not know why it did not reach you. It would appear to have been lost somewhere in the ether so apologies for that!

Great product with a great service and price.
Purchased a Microsoft Lifecam HD-3000 on 8/3/13 and the product arrived on 13/3/13. Great webcam at a very competitive price - searched the web for the cheapest price which was from thebestcomms.com. Very easy to use webcam just connected and away you go! Would order from this company again. Thanks.
